    Duraflex Circuit Fender Flare Kit
    Hi All,

Im new here. My names Jayden from Sydney Australia.

I have recently had a Duraflex Circuit Fender Flare Kit shipped from the US and installed on my 2017 TRD Pro.
A bit of custom work went into it to save cutting any panels.

Just wondering if anyone would happen to have the same kit installed and can suggest sizes for wheels that will fill the guards and not make it look so silly.
Australian laws say we arent allowed to install spacers, so will need to be a wide rim with a fair amount of negative offset.

    Thanks in advance!!

I know I late but, 20x12 -44 with 35's tend to be most common setup with the kit since it was designed around the 20x12 -44 witch should poke about 4 inches past stock fender and this widebody adds 4 inches. You could go 20,22,24,26 inch wheels etc but 35"/33" tires are best fitment.

Anyways, could you give a little more details about the "custom work" I plan on getting the same kit. Because the Honeyde kit is too much

Would also really like to see the work that was done to avoid cutting the fenders and bedsides!

    G'day guys,

When the new fenders were bolted onto the quarter panels, the existing wheel arches were visible but we didn't want to chop the car up (in Australia there isn't many Tundras around so i didn't want to go chasing whole panels in the future if we needed them)

My panel guy came up with a template and cut some thin sheet metal and moulded it into shape. We attached it to the existing and the new panels to fill the ugly gap between the two. Once it was all done we painted the metal panels white to blend in and made it look like its apart of the fender kit.

At the junction where the new fender meets the existing quarter panel (around the top) we put some rubber edge seal to hide the uneven edge finish of the fender. This makes it look neat and tidy and adds a bit more character.

Here is Aus we also have to have side indicators, so we have to relocate it further back as the new fender covered the original location.

We also sorted the wheel situation. loving the way it looks!!
It really turns heads here in Sydney and people are always asking me "what the hell is that thing" because they are so rare here.

Yeah, still running the stock suspension for now.
The wheels/tyres i have on it now slightly rub at full-lock so if i want to go bigger i will need to lift it.

The building i work in, the carpark is a 2m height limit and i just tuck under it so i think i will keep it as it is for now.

Here's the the thing most people who run this kit on 33's actually lower the truck 2in the front and 4 in the back. Idk if you like the look or not.

I assume they do the "Tundra Body Mount Chop" (there videos on YouTube on it) even lifted trucks do the "BMC" to clear 35's but also people make the front bumper brackets longer by 4 inches which pushes it out 4 inches (can see in picture)

As I've said imma do this kit but lower it on 33's

    Welcome and very cool Tundra!

It looks like it is right-hand drive. Didn't know they made them that way.

Did you see any MPG improvement with the front lip?
