I love my 06 Tundra even with the horrible gas milage but, I really do not like the seats.

I'm wondering if these 04 LS430 seats would fit into my 06-access cab.

Has anyone done a seat conversion?

I have been looking for some seats for mine as well. I was thinking Lexus or sequoia.

Please keep us updated on this project.

If you're asking if they bolt in.

    I doubt it.

Gx470 (I own one) is seems quite a bit different than the FGT DC seats (of course I also own one) . I bought seat risers from Desert Does It for both and these risers are very different. Additionally , it seems to me that the GX seat is a bit smaller/narrower than the FGT seat. Plan to do some fabbing of the lower seat frame and mounts.

It looks like the LS430 seats you have have the perforated leather, so they likely also have heating elements and cooling fans in them. Plus they have 18-way adjustments. There is a TON of stuff going on inside those seats. I would worry about being able to wire up all of those functions and keep them happy, they communicate with the module that controls the memory seat function. Would be really cool to have the factory underseat storage though. Sized perfectly for something you might not want someone to find...

Are sequoia seats any different than double cab seats? I know they have lumbar adjustment. I'd bet that Sequoia seat would fit a lot easier.

Saw this video yesterday with someone putting tundra seats into a sequoia. Looks like the front bolts line up and one bolt in the rear lines up if you drill it out some. The 4th bolt is the one that requires some moving around

I wonder if you could simply swap the seat tops between the bases?
