Will a 2006 access cab bed fit on 2002 access cab?

Got into an accident last week and there's a guy selling a bed from a 2006 tundra Access Cab and I'm wondering if it would fit my 2002 Tundra Access Cab.

It should fit fine.

 

The important thing I'd check is to make sure the fender flares match. The bed wwill fit, but if one is lacking flares, if they're bolt-on flares, or a different style of flare, but you don't have flares up front, you'll need to conceal the holes if you pull them (or create holes if missing, which is damn near impossible)

 

I have a 2002 ac that needs a bed too, I was told the same info your being told, that yes it will fit. However one person said no it wont, said different after 2003.
But since its near impossible to find a bed up here, i just through some willy coyote stickers on it

 

Taillights are the only difference i've seen...and flares.
