Window stops rolling up

When rolling up the drivers window, it stops 3/4 up and rolls itself back down. Dealer said its the second he's seen this week with that issue. They said it's an issue with the gasket around the window and ordered a new one. There's no TSB on it yet, but they are documenting both trucks and reaching out to engineering. It just started getting cold here in New England, and I notice it happening during the cold mornings.

 

Did they try to do a relearn?

 

I bet that’s why the service dept. called it an issue with the window seal. It’s probably catching and causing the window to think it’s hit something and go back down.

 

Two other threads on this very issue. Window stuttering, window vibrating, worse when wet, worse when cold. I still think it is a fuzzy/weatherstripping issue.
