Hello - I have a 2006 tundra crew cab. The drivers window master control will work on the drivers window but not the others. They still work from the individual doors. Also, the power lock button on the master control stopped working and now the alarm is going off intermittently. Any direction as to where to start would be great. The master window control panel looks to be pretty expensive to just buy and swap out, I also don't think it's that.
    Thanks

Have you tried pulling the panel off and disconnecting it and reconnecting it. Is child lock button on or maybe stuck

I had a very similar issue with my 2005 Double Cab, and all it took was a $50 junkyard replacement of my driver side door window switch.

I'm not saying this will solve your particular issue, but for me it was cheaper to roll the dice on that than buy a new one for $500 and chance the 35% restocking fee if it didn't solve the issue. replaced the Door Window Switch, which on my 2005 was part #80400C051.

Thanks ! yep I checked the window lock, reconnected it, still not working. I'm going to try the junk yard route, especially since it takes about a minute to swap out. Thanks for the input !

Update - got in truck to go to work and it all worked again. Intermittent problems irritate the hell out of me.

Any update on this? I have the exact same issue with my 2003 Sequoia. Windows only work from individual doors. Alarm goes off at odd times. I swapped out the master drivers switch with a junkyard part, but no luck. Ordered a new door actuator for the drivers' side door for $30 and am going to try that.

I mean, the symptoms make it sound like someone accidentally bumped the window lockout controls on the driver side window panel. It's the square button. That disables all window controls for other door(s).

I have this problem with my 2005 sequoia sr5 2wd. Only drivers side window is operable by the drivers door switch. Additionally the gauge cluster lights turn on when they feel like, coolant temperature needle bounces from cold to actual, outside temp reading on overhead display is blank with three lines ---, rear wiper and washer motor have no response from the stick. Could it be the Body control module?

With that many circuits impacted, where many of those circuits likely pass thru the in-dash glovebox, I'm 90% positive you're suffering from water intrusion into the fusebox from the a-pillar, a windshield crack, or bad windshield seal. It's one of many topics covered in the megathread.

You'll find pics & pics & pics of it on this forum, it happens a LOT. Check each of those pics linked so you know what to look for. Water comes down the wire bundles and enters the back of the fusebox, best I can tell. If that's what it ends up being, please come back here and update us with pics, and don't just fly off into the night like many others do.

Aftermarket alarm? Many cause electrical gremlins.
