Passenger side window will roll down only from the driver side though and neither back windows or the rear back window will roll down at all. I have a 2004. The windows were working fine but then stopped out of nowhere. Checked the fuses and they are all good.

Sounds like you need a wiring diagram to make sense of it. @BubbaW may have one available to post later if @shifty` doesn’t have one.

Silly question, is the window lock button pressed?

Have you checked for chewed wiring from mice?

Without assuming wrongly, will the passenger side window roll "up" from drivers side and can driver side sw control rear windows ?

Since there are differences electricaly between an AC or DC, which Limited cab do you have.

Had to verify on my 04 concerning window lock button to make sure. When window lock button is pressed, driver window works. I can not however control any window from driver master sw(passenger, LH/RH rear nor rear back window.

While a master switch would cause this problem, are you able to check voltages or is that not in your wheel house ?

Have you noticed and water/moisture on either the driver side or passenger side ?

I had a similar weird issue with my Sequoia and replaced the driver's side window switch which fixed it.

No the window lock button is not pressed. And yes I can control the passenger window from the driver side but that's it. If I try to roll the back windows down from the driver side I can hear the motor click but nothing happens.

I assume it's a double cab because 'back window won't roll down'. Generally speaking, it's important to understand the one point where all these circuits meet is the driver's side window/mirror/lock controls. In many modern vehicles, just unplugging the driver's side controls kill controls for every other door.

Without knowing the history of the truck, I can only take stabs at the issue.

Faulty control would make sense; like if someone left the driver's window down during a rain event.

I saw similar while working at a shop bitd and it was caused by a faulty alarm module on a couple of occasions, and a poorly wired relay on the driver's side in one case - we didn't install the latter. But not knowing if this truck has (or had) an alarm, whether currently active or not, whether the OP realizes it's there or not ... I can't say.

Less likely, but feasible: Windshield or A-pillar leak into the integration relay (i.e. rear of the interior fuse box) could cause it too. If window was replaced, I'd be suspect.

Also possible the truck was in a flood (possibly undisclosed) at one point and there's corrosion on the wiring bulkheads in the driver door.

Okay y'all bare with me. I'm new to this and I don't know how much info I should write. But there's two things that might help get a better understanding of what it could be; I did take the driver door off because my driver door wasn't latching when I closed it so I fixed that issue but maybe something happened when I unplugged it?? Or the second thing is that I had to get a jump because I left my lights on all night and I read that might have something to do with it.

YES on the door thing *if* you removed the door card (interior panel). Probably NO on the jump.

The symptoms you describe are EXACTLY what someone would see if one or more of the connectors that plug into the window controls was not fully seated OR if one of the wire harnesses for the door got pinched somewhere, like you didn't tuck away the harness and ran a screw thru a wire or two.

But the most logical would be to pop off the window/lock control panel from the door, and unplug/re-plug each one of the connectors and make sure it's FULLY seated.

Oh - forgot to say: Tell us more about what exactly you did with the door. What wires got unplugged in the process? What interior/exterior body panels got pulled apart, if any?

We can never have too much info. Never know when all or none would be pertinent.

For instance, "If I try to roll the back windows down from the driver side I can hear the motor click but nothing happens." or "I had to get a jump because I left my lights on"....all that would be very helpful initially.

You're doing great and will be doing even greater when we see a picture of your actual ride. @bmf4069 and others of us like pics, like alot

When you say "back windows", is that speaking of the rear windows or the very back window ?

If you're meaning the RH/LH rear windows, do you hear motor click when trying both rear windows ?

After getting jumped and while truck was running, do you still have these issues ?
Have you or anyone checked voltages ?

I would carefully takeoff the door card again and verify all plugs are correctly installed and seated. If any of the push clips are damaged it’s a great time to replace. BTW YouTube is a great resource also.

I like the rims. Very cool. My guess is as others have stated to just unplug and reseat the door control panel to get it working correctly.

All of the windows were working perfectly fine but now only the driver window will roll up and down. The passenger window rolls up and down but only from the driver side switch. The two back windows will not roll down at all and neither with the rear back window.

I have a puppy that comes with me everywhere and stays in the back seat so y'all can see why I'm so frustrated with the windows not going down lol I let her sit on my lap while I'm driving and that's not very safe lol and she enjoys the window down very much as u can see lol

In my opinion, that sounds like a bad driver side switch/cluster. All the windows run through that switch, I would start there. Good luck.
