    Anyone having issues with the passenger side windshield washer spray jet not spraying correctly? (trickles out), It's coming out ok on driver side (full spray), I took jet off put some air through it it's coming out no obstruction, blew some air throut lines all ok, but ther is this thing...

    Seems like air wants to get through I put some brake cleaner comes out out on one end other kinda dribbles out, any suggestions??? Or any know or have this issue

    This happened with my Taco and the spray itself had some calcification build up. Any calcification on the spray itself or possibly building up in the spray? Run a thin wire and break it up if that’s the case.

    Would the build up even come from just using washer fluid only? Sometimes I mix it water bottle water to extend washer fluid

    Yeah calcium buildup will happen even with washer fluid only. Or dirt in the tank. Try backwashing it.

    I wonder if that’s got a filter in it. Did you try blasting it in reverse? You could probably omit it for a standard tee. At least temporarily. Not sure if it acts as a flow restrictor.

    It’s a check valve. I can see how that could get gummed up or calcified.

    Not sure but you may want it to have a check valve. So that it doesn’t drain back into the tank. You will be squirting air and the windshield wipers will be moving back-and-forth before water will get there. 61535094-D3C0-4943-BE56-2622533BD42D.jpg Check out how it’s oriented the feed goes to the side with the double outlet, then doubles back to the left side squirter and the other hose goes to the right side. If you don’t have it placed exactly like that it will not work at all.

    Just to give you reference when you put it back together. Blue is the inlet green should feed the left squirter and red will feed the right side. Actually as long as you get the feed correct it should work. At least this is my understanding from the diagram on the website.
