I am not a fan of the wiper arms and how you cannot put regular blades on there. Anyone changed out the arms for a standard J hook set?

FWIW the bosh icons come with everything you need for the right attachment.

I would advocate for using the Mama Toyota blades. OEM. NOT Sighlines. About $20 a blade. Snap out old factory type of blade (I'm assuming that's what you have) and snap in the new one. If you get bound up it might then take 75 seconds to change out. I get between 4 and 5 years out of a set of these OEM blades.

I'd dare guess he is referring to a standard hook style.
It is what has been on every vehicle I've owned until I bought a Tundra.

They are annoying and I share your thoughts.

If no one has a specific suggestion for what your seeking, I’d suggest measuring the lengths of the arms, the diameter and tooth count of the wiper base mount and going to a junk yard or something and seeing what older Tundras/Sequoias or similar size windshield Toyota vehicles might have.

Thanks. By Regular, I mean, go to the store and pick up a set of silicon blades. Attachment does not require some special order adapter to put the blade on. A regular J hook is standard on 90% of cars. I got some silicon blades from Walmart and even with the adapter pack in the package, that adapts to probably 7 different styles, I could not get them onto this truck. Why so different?

I use OEM as well. I’m only on my 2nd set after 7.5 years and 98K miles. They outlast everything else out there.

Lets keep in mind there are 2, not 1 OEM items available. One is a good 20-30 bucks less (Sightline) and is Ebay quality

The problem is these are only listed to fit up to 2018/2019 Tundras.

Does anyone know what changed for the 2020/2021 wipers?
