I have two wires I need to run from outside of the cab to the radio area, and was wondering if anyone can help me with the best way to get the wires through to the inside.

I have an aftermarket reverse camera and a cell booster - there is a single wire for each, one is the coax for the reverse cam and the other is the antenna wire for the cell booster. Ideally, they'd both be coming through the back of cab.

Is there a convenient grommet or place to pass wires through?

Once I'm in the cab, I think I can route them along the door sills under the plastic trim and to the dash area.

there are rubber grommets on both drivers and passenger side firewall. I know the drivers side has a little nipple that can be cut and it routes right near where your e brake lands at full lock. Try to tape up where you entered the firewall with some tape in case rain.

I ran it though the rubber grommet on the passenger side firewall, poke a hole and pull the wire through. Retrieve it under the passenger footwell area

Put the them on a wire loom and run (ziptie) them along the frame to the front seat floor area.

On the floorboard, just in front of the front seats on both sides, there is about a 1" rubber plug in the floor under the carpet.
You can come up thru that plug, just cut a small slit in it, runs your wires and slap some silicone caulk on it.

The passenger's side may be easier since the fuel lines run right under that plug on the driver's side.
I had to run several wires thru those plugs; bed lights, AMP step lights, and something else I don't remember.

Looks like this plug in the middle of the pic of this Tacoma.

This Amp install video should start at the 13 min mark.
Not the best video, but it gets the point across.
I think it shows the plug on both sides..

There are also several of these plugs in the back as well.
Pic is of my 2014 DC.

This is the best place to run wires in my opinion. Its hidden, out of the way, and not on the floor. Always use wire loom for a factory look install.

Peragon bed cover, custom push bar, rough country off road lights, under bed LED lights, CB, bed rails, Plastidip vintage Toyota stripes, driver's side A pillar handle, red painted calipers, locking gas cover, ejection passenger seat.
I also punched through the rubber grommet but also mounted a distribution block inside the cab..

I ran mine through one of the grommets under the read seat (as shown in 1lowlife's last picture). It's under the rear seat so it's not going to get crushed. I pocked a very small hole in the grommet and the wire is stretching it out so it seals itself. The hardest part was removing the rear seats to lift the carpet up. They are heavier that they look.
