Hi, all- I am looking for the wiring diagram for a limited front passenger seat. I have the seats, and think I can supply power and ground by identifying the specific wires vice tearing the interior apart to install the entire harness I'm not worried about the seat heater.

    Can anyone assist?

    Appreciate that!

I found the diagram (I believe- pic attached)- can you confirm that the letters correspond to the wire colors in the harness? (“L” is lavender that supplies power, and “WB” is white/black stripe that is earth for the seat?)

    Thanks!

Do you know what the yellow middle wire in QY1, passenger seat )power) wiring harness might be? It’s between the blue power and the white/black stripe earth…

You would need to search through the document for that connector and make note of the pin number and color at each location it occurs:

    QY1 is a 10-pin connector.
Pin 1 (LG) or (W) - Seat Heater THR (color depends on side of the connector)
Pin 2 (L) or (R) - Seat Heater SWR (color depends on side of the connector)
Pin 3 (BR) - Occupant Detection ECU "DIA"
    Pin 4 - empty
    Pin 5 - empty
Pin 6 (SB) - Occupant Detection ECU IG
Pin 7 (R) or (G) - Occupant Detection ECU +B (color depends on side of the connector)
    Pin 8 (W) - Occupant Detection ECU FSR+
Pin 9 (B) - Occupant Detection ECU FSR-
Pin 10 (W-B) - Occupant Detection ECU Ground

    QY2 is a 3-pin connector
Pin 1 (L) - Front Seat Power (from 30A fuse)
Pin 2 (Y) or (P) - Seat Heater Power (from 20A fuse) (color depends on side of the connector)
Pin 3 (W-B) - Front Seat Ground (power and seat heater)

Final questions- the current seat is a non-powered SR5 with a black 12 pin connector, white 12 pin connector, and grey 2 pin connector. .I can't find them in the diagrams- can you help? I know they're most likely for the airbag sensor and seatbelt sensors, but need to know so I can splice accordingly.

    Thanks!

I’ll have some time to dig around tomorrow and see what I can find.
Current seat is a 2007 non-powered? New one is 2008 powered?

    Exactly correct, sir.

Current is manual SR5, and to be installed is from a 2008 limited with power and heat.

You won't find them specifically in the "power seat" diagram because they may not be part of that circuit at all. It is important to note that each diagram is specific to a circuit not a part.

In digging through the diagrams, your connectors are the same between the 2008 and 2007 for the passenger seats. What you have in this picture are (from left to right)
Q9 (Yellow 2-pin) - this if for the airbags in the seat. Be sure to pull your negative battery terminal and wait at least 10 minutes before doing anything with airbag connectors.
Q12/Y3 (Gray 2-pin) - the same connector with different numbers depending on if it is a bench/non-power seat or a bucket seat in the truck. Wiring is the same regardless. This connector is for the seat belt switch.
Q11/Y2 (Black 12-pin) - the same connector with different numbers depending on if it is a bench/non-power seat or a bucket seat in the truck. Wiring is the same regardless. It plugs into the occupant sensor ECU as part of the SRS system.
Y1 (Gray 12-pin) - Also part of the SRS system with the occupant detection ECU. You noted it as white, but officially the diagrams state that it is gray.

In short, I made it pretty easy- I transferred the electrical components (airbag and sensor) from the factory seat to the replacement seat so all was plug and play to the installed harness. The plug for the motors was in the truck.

I then installed an aftermarket seat heater with a factory switch.

Much easier than following the pinouts and rewiring things.

Hey I removed all the harness from the old cloth SR5 seat and installed to the limited leather replacement seat . I plugged everything in but still not getting power to the seat motor. When you say you transferred all electrical components ..was it just the airbag harness or the entire airbag system that you removed and transferred ?(sorry for the dumb questions but I’m trying to visualize everything) . I plugged in the spider harness that goes to the four corners of the seat…the yellow airbag plug…the gray seat belt sensor plug…

if I remember correctly, I removed the harnesses and boxes from the cloth seat, then matched them to the harness on the leather seat: the goal was to move only what was necessary.

    I didn’t remove the airbags.

    Did you check the fuses?

Ah ok. I did not move the boxes. I will attempt that. Since the plugs plugged right into the limited ones , I did not bother to replace. I have not checked the fuses. But if the SR5 did not have power seats , which fuse would I be checking for ?

2 30 amp fuses in the under the dash fusebox (drivers side) by your left knee are for the left and right power seats.

Thanks @Pau Hana . Your last reply helped out with the fuse. Like you, I had to take a step back. I read the post in its entirety and looked at the wiring diagrams. I found the junction harness that has blue power wire going to it which is attached to the seat. From the same junction harness I noticed the orange wire that goes to the seat switches. I cut the blue wire (power) from the junction harness and I also cut the white/black wire (ground). I ran a power wire directly from the 30amp fuse that is for front passenger seat ( just like you said) and I ran another wire to ground of the truck. This gave power to the seat motors and it finally worked .

What M are you referring to?
If it is this, it represents 'motor' that adjusts the seat.
