My clock is shorting out or something. I blinks and tweaks out and time goes really fast. My battery also does way too quick if i leave my key on.

Anyone know if a single one of these wires in the clips to the instrument panel is for the clock?

I just want to try to eliminate that as a possibility.

Yes i know there is probably a troubleshooting procedure for an electrical draw.

but also i want to unplug the clock so i dont see the time slipping away at double speed anymore. It freaks me out.

Integration Control and Panel is the basically the cluster of controls in the center dash, everything from the SRS passenger airbag switch/light to clock, 4WD buttons, etc.

Integration Relay, similar in name but not function, is the in-dash fusebox. I know it's not listed here, but I'm tossing it out for sake of name similarity.

It's worth noting, some have complained their radio won't turn on if the multi-wire connector on the back of the A/C and clock panel doesn't have power.

These clocks don't last forever and sometimes have issues. They're not swappable. Even worse yet, the A/C control panel associated with comes in multiple formats and isn't plug-and-play as some may expect.

Yeah, I sort of figured that one of the many wires on one of those clips on the ac control panel went straight to the clock but looks like I could be wrong?

Yeah, the clock is part of the whole lower CCA.

If you have a pik-a-part/junk yard semi close by, might keep an eye out for an early 1st Gen, which is a about all mine usually has....00-03

We'd picked this guy apart in a previous thread. It looked impossible to swap the clock off, but if my memory is serving well - which is only the case about half the time these days - Toyota had a separate part number for the PCB it was attached to.
