    I have a 2019 tundra crewmax 4x4

my truck has developed a really annoying noise.
When under load but not full throttle I feel a vibration through the throttle pedal, and hear a womp womp sound that I cannot pinpoint.

I recently had the transmission serviced, and changed the rear differential oil. The noise did not go away. All fluid levels in the front/rear transfer case are good.

wheel bearings sound fine, the carrier bearing does have a fair amount of deflection when pushed on but it is firm.

Toyota dealer said it’s normal engine noise, which is not the case.

the truck started making the noise within the last 3000 miles.

    any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Too many, but not enough....
Wheel balance, rim bent, needle bearing, drives haft could all be culprits. Are you lifted? Does the noise immediately go away in 4hi?

Tires are fairly new, truck is stock height, I’ll try the 4x4 and see what I find, thanks.

tires flat spotting make that noise, as will a defective, out of round tire, bent rim and carrier bearing could too.

Id lean toward tires for that noise.
