I currently have 275/65/R18 on my 2021 and I got an offer for 5 x 265/70/R18 as a trade for an item I have available.

Will the 265/70/R18 work on my Tundra SR5 CM Off Road, stock, no lift. Anything I lose or gain?

    Thanks

Your truck will end up about 1/3” taller with some thinner tires. Fitment won’t be an issue. Probably won’t be noticeable between these two.

You won't notice the difference. You'll be completely fine. As long as it's a good deal!

Yes, I have 275/70/18 Cooper AT3’s on my stock height 2020. No rubbing at all.

Another tire size question. I have owned Dodge, Chevy, and Ford, but currently have a 2021 Tundra SR5 and can't wait to get it leveled. I am going to go w 2.5 inch in the front and 1.5 in the rear. I am looking for very specific information, that after reviewing all the threads related to tire size and fitment, I cannot find the answer. And unless someone is running this exact set up, I still may not get the answer. I plan on lifting the front 2.5 *and* spacing the front bumper out approximately 1/2 inch, and removing the front mud flap.
I am going to run Method wheels 18x9 with +18 offset. For tires, I am looking at either Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx LT295/70R18 which Cooper's site lists as 34.25 x 12. Or Cooper Discoverer Rugged Trek LT275/70R18 which Cooper says is 33.66 x 11.1. I have no doubt the Rugged Trek 33.66 x 11.1 will fit with no problem. However, I wanted to know if anyone ran a Cooper ST Maxx in that size and with that wheel offset. One of the issues is that simply saying - oh, yeah, a a 275 or 285 or 295 tire will fit no problem - is that those sizes are not the same across tire brands. Looking for Cooper info. Thanks guys.
