I went to the Toyota build your own page and build an exact replica of my 2002 Tundra 1794. The window sticker of my 2022 with the exact options of power running boards, head up display, rear air suspension was $ 69,069 an exact 2025 priced at around $73,000.

That's way less than what the rate of inflation probably really is. That's less than 6% over three years.

Honest question: have vehicle prices ever not increased year over year?

The price increase on the PLT, 1794, and Capstone is due to the Massaging Seats now being standard. That and the Power Tailgate.

$4000 increase over 3 years (assuming 2002 is a type), is not that much increase, % wise.

Everything else has gone up way more that that.

    What's the issue?

    I paid $38K+tax, Canadian, for my 4x4, SR5 Crew Max in 2019

Well, when I posted what Nobel Prize laureate Milton Friedman blames for causing inflation, the post was deleted. (thanks comrades)
