I just bought some XD Monster wheels 18X9 -12 and Nitto RG 295X70, the shop put them on but it didn’t flush with my fender flares like it should based on my calculations. I think the shop ordered and mounted the wrong wheels. I took the wheels off to find the offset and I couldn’t. This is the wheel and These are the only things that I see inside of it . Does anyone have these wheels and where is the offset written.

I believe monsters come in two different offsets one is +35 and the other is heavier like +12 you may have gotten the +35 which would make them not stick out as far. Don’t quote me on those offset a pure guess

Based on their website they have it in -12 I just don’t think that’s the one that I got.

Those are +18 offset wheels, they didn't give you -12 offset wheels I would go back and let them know

I knew my calculations were right, these people ordered the wrong offset and hope I wouldn’t know. A friend just told me to look at my receipt and check the numbers on the receipt with XD’s website, it does show it’s +18. In so pissed.

What shop was it? That way people know to stay away or at the least be wary of them if they decide to do business there.

Truck Toys in Fort Worth, TX. There was a shady guy there was a shady guy there, he’s been fired but unfortunate for me, he’s the one that wrote up my order a week before he got canned. I’ll post an update after I talk to them. I was so proud of my calculations, I’ve been scratching my head trying to figure out why the stance didn’t look the way it should.

Hope they replace the wheels for you. Is that a TRD BBK peeking through the wheels?

Thanks, I hope so too. No it’s a cover made by MGP, the TRD BBK is a little pricy.

It depends. You have to factor in tire width also.
Example would be a 12.5 wide tire with a zero offset might achieve what you want vs going-12 .
Here's a link that will help with backspace/ offset

I am going with 20x9 XD Monster Wheels and putting on 275/55r20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, I know on the Element Site is Recommended +18 offset, I placed the order last night but just in case didnt know if anyone here would know off hand will that give me the 1/2 to 3/4" past fenders? I mentioned before 1-2" which I would be okay with that but I think the 1/2-3/4" would do as I do not want fender flares.

I have 295/70/18 on a +20 offset Fuel Blitz. Here's my stick out. Right around that 1/2-3/4". Mind you I have a 11.6 wide tire vs your 10.8. You should be ok with a +18. Hope this helps:thumbsup: I'm with you on the flares, not a big fan
