Yota Led lights in TRD grill

Anyone install the two LED lights in their TRD grill? I can't figure out how they attach with the plastic screws they shipped. I'm wondering if I was shorted some clips or something. I can't find a YouTube video on how to install them. Sorry for the dumb question

 

I was hoping someone had these installed. I'll figure it out though lol. Not this weekend since we have 8-12 inches of snow coming our

just got a set the other day The little black push tabs are too small. The lights float all over with the tabs. Disappointing.

 

I have these installed, I can snap some pictures of how I installed them when I am off work. But as stated by @Coronerrpm the provided push pins are useless, I had to order some from Amazon that actually held them firmly in place. Once installed they look amazing, I prefer the TRD off road grill over the heritage grill and the YOTA LEDS add a nice touch to it.

walked back to our service dept. Had the same style ones but thicker and fit the light holes better. Should get rid of the slop compared to the ones Yoda Leds provided.

yea the ones they provide are too thin for the light holes. Glad you found some that work.

 

Not to get it completely off topic, but I have a question about your light bar. I have the same one and want to push it forward like yours. Did you do anything to the bracket or did it have enough adjustment to be pushed forward?

Laura, if I ordered today, would the new kit already include the correct pins?

 

We are troubleshooting the issue now, the clips we provide work fine on our 2022 test vehicle shown in the photos. I'm trying to track down someone with a different vehicle that can send photos of what they used. Worst case, a nut/washer/bolt can be used to secure the LEDs in place with no issues.
