Looking for advice. about to close a deal on a 2013 tundra 4.6 4x4 crew cab. 166,000 km mileage (103,147 in miles)

taking to my mechanic to check over.

anything specific to watch for? Head gaskets, exhaust manifold, brakes et??

    Thanks

Supposedly the three main things to look out for are…
    1) cam tower oil leak
    2)water pump weep hole leak
    3) and some type of coolant leak in the valley under the intake.

I’m new to owning a tundra so I’m sure somebody with actual wisdom will chime in with a better understanding.
