For those interested, I just installed Toyota Part# PK162-34N01. I didn’t want in channel and was patiently looking for something that appealed to me. I ordered from Jackson’s Toyota in Ontario and delivery to me in upstate NY was five days total. The part number is not available in the USA. They are not cheap, but it’s a perfect fit and Toyota quality.

Great work! Thank you! Does this single part number contain all parts needed for both sides of the truck?

Mine were just delivered. I will be putting them on this weekend. Glad Toyota came out with these for the Tundra. Weird that they’re not available in the US though, especially since the truck is manufactured here.

lol you dam canucks again. this happened on my 2004 4runner. you people up north had a special bug shield that the usa couldnt get. the canuck version had coverage on the "V" dips in the front leading edge on the hood where as the usa version forgo that part and just went straight across. i had to order out of canada toyota dealer shipped to the usa since you couldnt get it in the usa.

Not so far. I was up to 65mph this morning on the way to work and still as quiet as before (I think). Not sure what will happen when I get to the 75mph range-ish. It's well engineered as it's sits close to the door frame and has a low-profile design. The two metal hinges with 3m tape do a good job of securing it to the truck.

its probably 3m tape, i would let it set for a day in sunlight to cure the 3m tape before putting a wind load on them.

Great advice and that is what I did yesterday. I installed in the sun while almost 70 degrees, let it sit for a couple of hours and then pulled into my heated garage overnight before driving this morning. Letting is "cure" is important I suspect.

I've been looking at these deflectors, plus I'm in Canada!

I'm wondering if they would fix my wind noise on the passenger side, dealer seems to be at a lost of repairs for this wind noise

I got my set in earlier this week, but it’s been too cold and rainy to install them. They look great though.

Looks great. Love the truck colour too . I have had those on all my vehicles and left a window cracked so fresh air rolled thru at night when not in use. Now I park indoors so just leave my window down

Just got my set! Installing now will post pics

I absolutely love these parts! They totally makes the entire sides come together. Fantastic look! And beautiful fit. Installation very easy but took my time scouring the installation area, and figuring out how to pull the 3M adhesive tape so that you can remove it from inside the cab. Also used the included door protector tape under the mounting hooks. Really cool design. Shipped quickly from Barrie Ontario Canada via their courier “Purolator”, arrived here via UPS. One of the most satisfying mods so far! Windows close perfectly. Gorgeous, highly recommended!

hmm being that close front to back on the doors might run into the same issue as the lower fender trim cracking and snapping like it does on the platinums

Actually, not even close to touching. If applied per the directions, I don't see any clearance issues.

I would assume Y'all dont take your truck thru the car wash?

Wouldnt those just rip off if you did?

I have had previous stick-on visors with no issues going through the car wash. However, these are not only held on with 3m tape but also 2 clips per visor. I can't imagine they would move at all even during a hurricane.

I don’t take my truck through automatic touch car washes.
