Does anyone know if 37” tires will fit on 20” rims with a 6” lift? Anyone also know if I run 37’s do I have to re gear my truck? I’m running 35’s now but they look really small with all the space in my wheel well.

I’m on a 3 inch lift and 37s on 18s. You might want to look at the dirty sevens forum they might have more info for you.

I had 35’s on 20” Methods. Just switched to 17” Icons with the 37’s and I did do a body mount chop up front because of rubbing. And will likely be re-gearing in the future.

I'm sure this was resolved long ago, but Tuesday I am having a 6 inch lift and 37x12.50r20 tires put on my factory 20 inch wheels. I bought the appropriate spacers to give me an offset of what the Suprrlift lift kit says is required, which is +18 to +20. Ain't but one way figure out if it will work or not, so here we go!
