Oh she's not dying. She just can't do long walks anymore. She's like 83 in dog years. We're loading her up with pain meds.

I got that, but when leo's hips went (my first ridgeback), he went downhill fast.

Looks like a great place to take her out! Hope you get to enjoy her for a bit longer around the house. I can hardly write this without tearing up. We lost our pup quick last year, so enjoy her!

    RIP

Give her a treat for me.

Coincidentally, we put down my childhood dog today. This was the first time I’ve experienced it- man was it brutal. We knew it was coming for a long time but I haven’t bawled like that in a good minute.

His bad vision coupled with significant cognitive issues were making things pretty rough for him. He liked the Tundra a lot.

Cheap mini welder again. This time I checked the discount code works and it did for me. The product page mentions an additional 5% off code with purchase of an additional item. I didn't choose that option. $51.23 is still cheap. The code is TRUI38FB

Man I'm sorry to hear that. Losing a member of the family in a pup is ruff.
It seems like they'll always be your wingman, then one day you have to make the hardest decision of your life.

Anyone need a JL stealthbox? Goes inside the center console storage. Requires drilling two holes. $500 is actually a really good deal, even if the driver was blown (which it supposedly isn't). Install info HERE.

Put some new struts on the rear of my daughter's Sebring, found it's equipped with a Bluetooth sway bar.

I hate these posts about dogs. My puppers is showing signs of her age and I hate it. Now I take her out to work in the mornings so I can spend extra time with her. Maybe not so much now since summer mornings here are still 80.

    But yea. Animals are dope

It's tough. She's 14.5 so I'm glad she's lived a long life. Kidney disease took our other dog before he turned 10.

Once she stops getting excited about walks is probably when we'll have to make that call. She's hanging in there for now.

It's barely rusted. It was likely failed from the spirited driving of my 90 year old grandma.

I knew Benni was at the end of her years, when she would still get excited for a walk, but we would not even make it it to the end of my short street before she was totally over it. Had to turn around, every time. Prior to that we used to walk about a mile a day.

Maybe by PA standards. Looks like a used anode rod out of a water heater to me. Eaten up.

It's normal on a 20 year old car around here for sure. I've never actually seen a broken one though.

I have an eBay special coming since it's NLA from the dealer.

You mean you don’t want to spend $35 for a $5 t-shirt to enter into a 1:1,000,000 chance of winning a used Tacoma?

I have played with the idea of if I. An find an Audi 3.0 TDI and trans or a super low milage less than 150k 2.0 TDI I'd look into swapping the Tundra to Diesel. Shit with just bolt ons and no turbo upgrade you can get 280hp and well over 300 ftlb of torque out of a 2.0tdi. problem is find a trans that will bolt up and rear gears to match. Hell my JSW 2.0 TDI had just a flash tune and a DPF back exhaust and it made 178 hp and 292ftlbs.

Edit: and I still seen 45 plus mpgs. Hell loaded down as in every available nook and cranny having shit packed in it the drive from VA to TX I still got 36.4 mpg. And that 2inch lift was about 15 to 20 mm below factory ride height. That car made a believer in the VW turbo diesels.

I mean, if it was a 4bt instead of a tdi, I'd be all about it.
