    So here's what I found.
    The recall for Tundras issued 2/20/18 (recall J0H) says "a vehicle diagnostic function may unnecessarily turn off the Vehicle Stability Control System and affect other systems." And the remedy was for dealer's to FLASH the software on the center airbag sensor assembly.
    The new recall for Tundras issued 10/4/18 (recall J0X) states that "a fault may be erroneously detected during vehicle startup which would disable one or more of the sensors used to detect crashes. This could result in the side and curtain shield airbags and/or front and knee airbags not deploying as designed in a crash". The remedy for this is that a Toyota dealer will UPDATE the software on the center airbag sensor assembly.

    Both have to do with the center airbag assembly sensor, one is a software flash to make the stability control system work properly and one is a software update to make the SRS system work correctly.
