Did you also replace the fuel pump? If the little valve wasn’t installed correctly this would cause a fuel pressure issue. And it’s very easy to install wrong

Except noone (literally not one person) has tuned this exact combo. Elevation tunes are a LOT different than what most of us run. Less air = less fuel needed.

Yes. Replaced pump with DW300c. After starting it runs fine until getting up to operating temp. Then the fuel trims start drifting off extremely rich and never corrects back to normal. Justin at OTT suspects the injectors based on the data. No change in air demand. No change in pulse width. Just starts going real rich almost as if it were stuck open. Hoping DW can help out. Kind of hesitant to get another set from them

DW is a solid company, if you ended up with a dud set, I'm sure they'll work to make it right.

Yea I’m very skeptical it’s injectors. But as mentioned DW is solid contact them and they’ll test them etc

Ya, I don't know that he NEEDS the fuel rails, the injectors and the pump would be okay. What do you all think?

Yeah said tuner looking to sell me a bunch a shit. I have no problems upgrading injectors and fuel pump but damn all that to run a 76. I'll go straight to the 70mm at that point

Check the correct vacuum line is going to the regulator. Then I’d reach out to DW and pull the injectors to send them. I’d do all that before dropping the tank and checking the pump wiring etc

I'm running stock fuel rails and its all good! Installed 750's and 450 walbro running about 58-60psi with DW regulator boost referenced no issues.

What type air filter you running? Try running without it and see if any change. KN is not a good filter.
Check fuel pressure. Could have a bad regulator/not doing its job.
Vacuum leaks. Get some MAF spray and spray all around and see if any changes in rpm. Use the red hose to direct it at tight connections. I had line split right at the connector.
    Clean MAF...

Planning on getting the 76 on this weekend! I'll then datalog at idle and through the rpm range. No WOT until I see some injector duty cycle and trims though. @Wynnded may have me beat if he's hunting belts tomorrow

So I just wanted to update as I'm running GM style 102mm throttle body with a D2A converter. I had the p0101 code, maf out if range. That is usually when your exceeding the 5volt parameters. I did a few pulls to 10-12psi. The next day I started her up and as it warmed up it stalled out, code p2103, throttle control circuit high. Did some troubleshooting consulted @snivilous and Grant at Torque Rush. Thought to be TB related as I used a mid range TB. Come to find out it was an air leak possibly by the gasket used while I stacked adapters to fit the 102mm TB. Guessed it was an air leak after data logged showed 12afr at 10psi.
I removed the TB for inspection and all was good, cleaned everything up and reinstalled without gasket and used fipg. Running smooth at idle and and no codes or stalling after cold start.
Air leaks are a bitch and will cause havoc for you and your engine!

    Glamour Shots.
The 70mm nearly fits inside the 86mm!

    PXL_20231222_152512001.RAW-01.MP.COVER.jpg

Mounted up! There appear to be no fitment issues. The centering ridge actually feels to be tighter than with the stock pulley. The bolt holes all aligned, the bolts all threaded in easily by hand.

    PXL_20231222_153001879.RAW-01.MP.COVER.jpg

This is with the stock belt. There doesn't appear to be any belt alignment issues. I've driven it with the stock belt. I'm sure that it's too loose. I haven't romped on it or anything....yet, I'll gradually get into it later today when I talk to one of the other parts stores about trying to find a shorter belt. This might also be a good way to see if the grooves do anything to the belt ribs. There didn't seem to be any with the pulleys made for the TVS1900, so I don't expect to see any here.

    PXL_20231222_154112021.RAW-01.MP.COVER.jpg

So the belt I'm looking to try first would be anywhere from 114.5-115". The book at the first parts store only showed belts just over 15" and just over 13". Nothing in the 14" range. Who's to say how old and dated that info is, but the same could be said for Gate's website as well as the store's internet sources. They also mentioned that the belt tensioner may have markings on it indicating a range of acceptable belt tension. So maybe we'd be okay with anything in that "range". I don't know if that's the case with the tensioners on our trucks or not and I don't recall if I saved the one I replaced some 10 years ago to see. I'm going to have to have a dig. Otherwise, do any of you have one laying about that's handy, to have a look?
Side note: I'm just referring to belt lengths to the nearest approximate 0.5" as we're just going to have to go with what ever is available that works. I did have this part store order the ~115"+ belt, with the holiday, they won't have it until Wednesday. I also have a 40 second video of the truck running with with the stock belt, just waiting for it to upload.....:tumbleweed:
