Stacksocial has some good deals on Windows and Office software assuming they are legit and the activation keys are good.

They're legit, but how they're sold is questionable. The storefronts listing stuff there are essentially buying keys in bulk as if they're a reseller and/or it's MSDN keys being re-sold. In theory, folks will tell you those keys could get pulled/banned at any time, but it's been going on since the dawn of time and Microsoft hasn't done anything significant about it that I'm aware of.

I recently purchased (3) Win11 keys from them. 2 worked immediately. One I had to use phone activation system, as if someone else had already used it at some point, but it still worked. $80 is basically what it boiled down to.

I also purchased an [Office 2019 Pro + Win11] key. Win11 registered fine, Office attached to my Microsoft account, no problem. And the Office key cost about 1/4 what I paid for a digital license for Office 2021 Student/Home edition for my mom in late 2023.

    It is what it is.

What do you guys recommend for cleaning off thick dirt and grease? Brake cleaner and pressure washer?

I've also bought a number of Windows keys from Kinguin. They've always worked, but most the time I have to call to get them activated.

Depends on what it is, exactly. If there's no way I'm going to contaminate something with water, I'll use a pressure washer. Else I'm using a plastic putty knife to get the brunt of it off and a stiff nylon-bristle brush.

It's a lot of stuff. Skids, UCAs, LCAs, etc... all the remaining front end parts after spindle removals. I figure I need to protect the speed sensor somehow.

I keep a text note on my phone and computer to track part numbers, some wheel and tire info, and links to a few upgrades I've been wanting to do. What you just described happens to me all the time, so I've started to jot things down in each place so I can always spend money.

Is there really any carnival/bar style food better than fried jalapeno poppers?

Guess it depends if you're driving or not, because the ladies that show up with a cooler full of hot tamales at 2am bring the goodness.

I got the same suspicion, but then I saw it posted in the middle of a n'hood and it made me second guess, so I didn't reply saying that.

There are plenty of those shady parking lot dealers around. You know the ones dealing out of a trailer with 20 vehicles crammed into 10 spots on a 2000 sq ft lot. They typically have a chain linked fence topped with barbed wire all around.

I'm pretty lucky that there's a couple small farm stores near me that buy bulk spices and repackage. I bought some smoked paprika the other day and it was $1.25.

Also have plenty of farms so it's pretty easy to pick up beef/pork/chicken if you're willing to pay the up front cost. Beef/pork usually ends up about $5/lb after processing, chicken a dollar or two less depending on the farm.

It was up for 2 days when I posted that. I'm shocked it hasn't sold. Or maybe it has and they've taken it down.
