So, Im getting my 08 Tundra with 320K miles ready for a road trip to AZ. On inspection I found a torn boot on the front left axle. Got that fixed went on a little test drive and as soon as I pulled out on the highway my carrier bearing started humming. Whilst removing the carrier bearing I discovered one of the caps on the center U-joint had a chip in the rim and lost all the bearings, and looks like it had been that way for quite some time. My truck always rode pretty smooth so I never noticed any issues there until the carrier bearing. Anyways I got that fixed, made a few adjustments to the SPC UCA and I thought id take it in for an alignment. They wouldn't do the alignment because the Inner tie rods appear to be going bad.
At this point Im not terribly excited about the price of OEM tie rods. I think I'm going to go with after market so wanted to know if any one has a recommendation.

Most aftermarket steering and suspension parts are junk.

Some of the online Southeastern Toyota dealers have a 25% off online sale going on now with free shipping over $75. Might be worth checking out.

autoparts.northgeorgiatoyota.com is one that I often use, but there are others.

I looked up the cost of OE inner tie rod ends, and they certainly are rather expensive. $241 without the extra 25% discount. With discount, about $180 each.

Sankei 555 parts are usually good for Japanese vehicles. They are typically made in Japan and are good quality.

    NAPA has the inner:

    as well as both outers:

I still like OE over aftermarket, but 555 may be worth a look if cost is an issue.

Yes, real deal. Many Toyota parts are far cheaper when ordered from Japan or the Middle East.

Inners? I have OEM Toyota ones that came with my new OEM rack (Purchased in 2022).
Outers? I have Moog, cause it was already enough of an unexpected expense that I felt like I'd just change them later if they were bad. Haven't needed to yet!
