    Is this google translate again???

overheated and probably toasted a head gasket. Water is getting into a cylinder and it's misfiring

Any 'check engine' light? If yes, what is the code?

If it was head gasket - speaking generally here - you'll either be seeing blue smoke / white smoke out the tail pipe, or water in oil / oil in water. There's another case to consider w/2UZ-FE someone on here pointed out a while back but hell if I remember who said it. @Aerindel maybe.

I'd do a compression test, and check the coils, then the plugs when checking each cylinder. At least it gives a baseline to know if there's anything stuck/open inside. No compression / low compression doesn't always mean dead engine, sometimes it's simply a stuck valve, which can potentially be freed with treatments.

If compression test is OK, and spark plugs look good, and you confirmed the spark plugs are (A) correct part for the engine, and (B) using proper gap, look carefully at the coils, inspect the tubes for big cracks.

Also, I see in your truck info, you're showing "new transission and motor". If both are replaced, carefully check the engine and transmission mounts, and confirm all bolts are OK! This includes the four hidden bolts holding the transmission mount to the frame crossmember.

Engine should be using pink (or red) coolant. Never run water, unless the water is distilled. If it's running another color, flush it, and replace with pink coolant. Never mix coolant colors.
