I'm gonna doubt that, any benefits could probably be had with a shower just under body temp, probably a jumpstart for metabolism...when you stress your muscles in the cold it hurts the ligaments. Your joints need to stay warm.

    Like helping with inflammation? Pain?
How often should you do this?

Learn from the surfers on the west coast. Wear a wet suit under the carhartts, unzip, but piss all over the suit as expected. Instant heat. Your nose will go blind to it eventually.

I am alright with PS, not so much on drops. But I really like where you're going with your line of thinking.

If the V6 was more gas efficient, I would've probably already grabbed one of the many, many MT 2WD RCLB I see on a regular basis and gone down that path already.

Any info on what drop that truck is using?

Pretty sure it's an M.2. I think it's in here somewhere.

If I ever find an affordable supercharged RCLB, I'd love to take it to a limo shop to be sectioned, slap a step side on it, and get custom "Thundra" emblems made.
Naturally it would have a dual side exit exhaust before the rear tire

I’ve read some info but I know actual science behind it is minimal so far but hey placebo is like 40% so even at that it may help.

You may be right….but you may be wrong too
Apparently people say it helps with joints and inflammation. It’s worth a try I suppose. Not a big investment.

it was crazy. I jumped in just after working out and felt like I had a heater on my mid back. Freezing everywhere else but a warm core for sure. Being 27 degrees out didn’t make the water feel any bit warm at all though.

How do you make the water cold enough? A bunch of guys I work with have teen athletes wanting to do ice baths at home, but equipment-- or that much ice-- is expensive.

Your M.2 slot is empty, at least the one we can see. The only sata line I see is going behind the MB tray, take the back case side off, that where I bet your drive is.
Here is my rig, kinda filthy. Its been through a bunch of parts and Ive just started to hack away what I dont want in my way, and she's sporting the logos from my 97 Civy that got killed.
De-Lidded that 7600k with the RockitTool and put some ThermalGrizzly under there, got a 7c drop in core temp. My Old school go to game is BF1942/Desert Combat, or COD4 MW. Don't do much of that anymore though.
Ide really like to hard pipe it just for S&G, but those fittings are outrageous.

Well it would definitely take ice in the summer but winter time it’s just gonna be 40-50 degrees which is fine. Course I live in north Idaho and not San Diego
