That's hard to say. My guess would be no, it wouldn't, but have a plan for the worst just in case. Or maybe look into their other CBI bumpers, the one with full lights protection looks interesting as well

Are there any bumpers on the market that retain an OEM appearance, yet have the ability to hide a winch behind? I’d like to upgrade the truck with a winch at some point, but don’t want to do a FULL bumper replacement (yet). I would like to retain my parking sensors etc for now, since this truck is still the family vehicle and makes plenty of trips to the city. My wife and I find the parking sensors handy.. don’t want to lose that capability. Appreciate any links/feedback yall might offer!

    I like my WARN semi-hidden bumper: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FRPG7SK

It protrudes a bit, but looks very organic, paint job is much better than on most of garage-built powder coated hardware, gave me zero problems with WARN winch installation and allowed to weld a podium that holds the must-have-in-MA front license plate, as well as 20" spot light bar. And a couple of flood pods.

Most of the available front bumpers can retain everything - parking sensors, lights, etc.

    Thank you!

well heck… I didn’t intend to make an ass out of u and me, but I definitely assumed they did not retain factory components.

seems my decision MAY have just gotten a bit more difficult

Thanks for the feedback as always, yall. Much appreciated. Clearly I have a LOT to learn about the aftermarket supporting our Tundras. I’m sure this forum can continue to be the bad influence on me that I need. ;)

how’s the progress? I did the same bumper in steel-it 9 months ago and it’s been great. Sprayed the sliders at the same time and everything is holding up fairly well.

If the weather holds out I’ll be able to get it finished today and mount up tomorrow. Had hoped to receive it before Christmas when I had some downtime, but been on the road with work starting the new year. I have coated the back/inside of the bumper with a product called Rust Bullet, will spray over that too with the Steel It, but not too worried about it as it’ll never be seen.

How many cans did you go through in yours? I have 2, should be plenty, I hope…

I ended opening a third can. Lots of nooks and crannies on the inside.

Ooof, here’s to 2 working out as that’s all I ordered. I hear you on the inside of the bumper, I’ve got about 90% of it coated with Rust Bullet, hoping to get the rest with Steel It and not see any rust streaks down the road. I appreciate the build quality, but it’s tough to get back in some of those areas.

I like mine too, however the matching rear bumper has started to rust out from a couple of the welds, will most likely be getting a warranty return for it.

I decided from now and on to buy only unpainted structures and properly paint them myself. All aftermarket paint work I paid for was crap.

I actually replaced cellar doors in my house this summer. Bought an OE primed doors and sprayed them with Raptor. It is a super-tough cellar doors now that won't rust in 50 years.

I ordered the 4 pack to do the bumper and both sliders and would have liked another 1/4 can. I started being a little more conservative when I cracked the 3rd can and hadn’t touched the sliders yet. Now have a fresh can on the shelf for touch up

5D820BC6-684B-49EA-8467-7ABAB431C506.jpg And mounted up, for now… will need to mess with the reservoir mounts to install the supplied brackets from Demello and put the winch on. New mounts for my SS3’s should be here Monday and I can put them back in. Will be much easier installing those than within the factory bumper.

It's the Uptop Overland rack for camper shells. They have both short and long bed option.

Do the ARB type bumpers screw with the TSS features?

Will adaptive cruise and lane centering work the same with the brush bar near the sensor?

Forgive me if the question has been asked.

    Thanks in advanced.

How’s it going, I was looking to replace my OEM bumper with a more aggressive looking bumper. I’ve had my eyes on the N-FAB RSP but I can’t help but notice it says it’ll only mount the Baja Designs S8 38” light bar. This is very “nit picky”, it’s not really that big of a deal but I was just wondering if anyone has ran any other lights on top of their RSP’s? In a perfect world I’d like to put a couple Baja Design’s LP9s or LP6s on top just because I prefer the look of 4 LP9s lined up compared to just one light bar running across.

I have the N-Fab RSP bumper on my ‘16. I picked it up used with a 38” PlashLight light bar. Lights that fit between the sides are limited but it is possible to mount something like the LP9s.

They have a matte finish - I’m afraid gray would look like it’s got primer waiting for paint. Just my opinion.

I forgot to ask you about the lights, did you get them with the bumper?

All lights except the license plate lights were purchased separately. You reuse the OEM license plate light with that rear bumper.

The second one looks like it would pair nicely with my pocket style fender flares.

I'm looking at new front armor and it's tough trying to figure out what each one would look like on my specific rig.
