The line from the front of the driver side rail goes down to a fitting, not to the passenger side rail.

I moved the gauge out of the cabin and mounted the FPR

The fitting next to that one is the return line (there is a plastic cover over both, easier to see from wheel well), where your FPR return should attach to...the diagram from Toyota is confusing, but the one I circled is at the end of the return line, and not on the driver rail.

Am I running hoses between the return lines on each side and the Y to the FPR Return?

I was just suggesting a way to eliminate that fuel line currently routed back over your supercharger, and connecting to the stock return hard line instead.

I believe I found the hose/hardline, am I capping off the passenger side hardline?

    Thanks

Run the fuel injection hose from the bottom of your FPR to that hardline, and remove the line you unhooked from the return hardline.

Thanks, I was missing the fact it is a single return & the hose was connecting it to the passenger side.

    It's done.

Stock is one feed, one return, with a cross-over between the rails. Once you get up higher in power, you might want to switch over to the dual feel/dual return, and/or replace the stock 5/16” lines with 3/8”. And if you do that, you’ll need to cut 1/8" off the tip of the barbs on the fuel rails, as those will be a choke point.

To convert from single feed over to dual feed, you need one Y adapter for Feed (Green) and one for Return (Red), but your FPR can act as the Y if you buy an additional barbed fitting to replace the FPR plug.

Thanks, I have 99.9% of the parts needed to do the dual/dual. I'm just trying to get it tuned and enjoy it a bit before I rip into it.

I have that Y I posted & another barb for the FPR as well.

You should be good to go then, only need more fuel injection hose, and lots of clamps!

Aluminum vise jaws to hold the fittings while you push the hose in, and aluminum wrenches to tighten without marring the fittings. There is also an assembly lube to help prevent the threads from galling. Are you replacing the lines all the way to the top of the tank?

Mount looks lonely with the open one. Hopefully, Auto Meter is faster than they said.

Nice! I think I need to change zip codes...I ordered the pump hardwire kit and the cravenspeed gauge pod a couple hours before you and you always seem to get them first. My Cravenspeed pod did show up today at least so there's that...

    Looking good.

    Walbros seller has no shame.

In response to this claim, Express Fuel Pumps offered you a partial refund of $100.00 USD. You have denied this refund offer and as a result we will continue our review of this claim. We will review the facts of the case and carefully consider all the material before making a decision. We'll let you know if we require additional information from you, and will send you an email when a decision has been reached.

I said no, I want my 194.xx & if there were justice you would be paying for the week wasted trying to find other possible solutions & removing the tank again.

I'm 99.9999% done, just need to get the electric fuel pressure gauge (Auto Meter Shipped yesterday), uninstall the mechanical gauge, install the adapter and new gauges.

Oh & I still need a few blue switches.

I'm trying to move some switches like that too....I found one dedicated extension for the window but not the others -- are you just rewiring manually or are there harness extenders available? I'd like to get the power liftgate moved over there too.

They are just pulled there. The traction control is very tight. It's been a year since I moved them, so I'm not exactly sure which were hardest but I just unwrapped the wires moved them where I wanted them & wrapped them again.
