East coast or west coast? On the east coast there is a guy that had some Tundra's up to about 6k off a few weeks back. Not including his 1,200ish fee.

 

He's on the east coast, but does any state except California and NY.

 

Is he out of PA? Wonder if its the same guy I am thinking of.

That there is! I don’t think he has posted in a week or so, but before that his discounts were pretty dang good.

 

He's posted on the other site earlier today - back up to $6k discounts on the higher end trims, lower on everything else.

Took my son to check out some Pros in Ft Lauderdale Fla. $15k markup for the Tundra. Pffffft. The black on black was pretty sweet tho.

 

These dealers are in for a rude awakening soon.

If you were buying a truck this week from a dealership in Southern California, how would you feel about paying M.S.R.P. on a new 2023 Tundra Limited 4x4?

 

Was hoping this dealer would start to join the others in dropping prices a bit. Chatted with them a lot last year. No extra BS and seemed decent. Not a terrible drive from me. Nothing I want, but good to see.

 

Really need to consider a trip to Oregon to buy a Tundra.

Here in WA state, some dealers began to test lower markups or MSRP, but they all seem to have gone right back to $5k markups

 

Just received order on a 23 Black/Red TRD Pro for $3k over in NJ with a 3 week wait…I figure that may go down to msrp by year end however was able to get 4.25% on loan. Others wanted up to $10k over.

 

Great to hear deals are starting to happen again, almost paid a bit over asking on a limited last summer.

 

My broker I got my tundra from is at about $4500 discount on hybrids and $5k on regulars

 

My local dealer is offering $4k off the new 2023. I was eying a limited but they just got an SR5 TRD loaded with everything the limited has except sunroon which I dont care about. MSRP is $56k but dropping it down to $52 which i think is a good deal.

 

Got a Hybrid Limited in SoCal with no markup but $2k in dealer add-ons. Things are getting a little better.

 

I'm looking at a Octane Pro with Dealer markup of 9K. I'll probably walk if they insist on it. I'll go sticker but not more.

 

Which dealer? I was looking at one in PA. Toyota of Hazleton. They were asking for 10k over but now cars.com indicates they dropped the price 10k so idk. Might call them might not. I'm receiving e-mails from my local dealer indicating they have many models at MSRP when they used to have markups. The name of the game at the moment is likely to just be patient. There will be deals to be had soon.

 

Not bad for a TRD longbed 4x4. Not wanting white or TRD though.

Although this is the first higher trim I have seen on this lot. always empty.

 

Replying to my own post from 4 weeks ago. I ended up getting that truck for M.S.R.P. from Bob Smith Toyota in La Crescenta, CA. I didn't pay for any other services, tire protection packages, paint protection or anything else. I did pay for the TRD Skidplate that they added to the truck.

 

85K for a tundra lol, what a joke

Just pick up my 23 platinum 4x4 from Toyota of Denton here around Dallas area.

MSRP IS AROUND 65k
Port add ons 4.1k ( a bunch of stuff, ie bed extender, center console safe, spray on bedliner, cat shield, premium paint protection, dash cam etc)

No mark up, dealer discount 4.1k

Total was basically 65k MSRP plus TTL but with all those add ons.

 

how do I can get that kind of a deal?

 

jus wanted to update my post, my 2018 was sold last week (10-15 april 2023) to a person in williston nd for the asking price of 47k. i am guessing they made at least 5k in profit since i only got 40.5k for trade and they sold it for $46,995 (and i am guessing $1500 - $2000 was for the toyota certification).

at least its about 120 miles away and we wont see it driving around town normally.
