Look at tire specs, take your truck weight into account and start there. Another good starting point is the chalk line test.

This 285/75 17 setup looks great. For Bilstein 5100s on middle setting, is that all the way around or just the front?
Looking to do the same setup on my 2nd gen Sequoia.

Anyone else have more of this!? This thread has on the verge of changing my mind for about the 8th time on tire and wheel setup. 287/75r17 tires are so reasonably priced!! KO2s are only like $250 each. Nutty

Rough country 3” leveling kit in front 17x8.5 method 305 (0 offset front and rear) 285/75/17 falken wildpeak at3 Some rubbing so took off mudflats and cut some plastic, now, no rub full lock forward and reverse Led headlights and fog lamps Led lights in interior as well
2021 tundra, 285/75/17, 3” leveling kit in front, 17x8.5 method 305 wheels with 0 offset front and rear, had to take out the mud flaps and trim a little on the front, but no rubbing anymore full lock front and rear. sticks out less than an inch from the wheel well. I was going to go with the 285/70/17 but I wanted to fill the wheel well up a little more.

For anyone in AZ needing a spare, I have a BFG KO2 35x10.5x17 that would work well. Shoot me a DM

Do you have any pictures of how much the wheels poke out or sit flush along the side of the truck?

This thread has made me decide to go with 285/75/17. Does anyone know if a 2.5 inch front lift on 0 offset that I will have enough clearance to not have to do a cab mount chop?

Why not just go with a positive offset?
    So clean...

I hopped on a group buy for Relations Race wheels so I will be stuck with the 0 offset. Positive offset is definitely nice and I was originally planning +18-25 offset. But I couldn't pass up on a good deal on wheels.

Did you end up doing the 1 inch block in the rear with your OME lift?

I am running the stock ones as of right now, but have a set of camburgs on the bench from @Hightide that need a rebuild before I toss them on

The stock ones treat you okay? I’m running stock too and feel like I could use some beefier ones.

I haven’t had any issues and it’s been aligned a few times. I asked the tech if they needed replacing for better angles and he said it was 50/50. He got it dialed in, but said it could be a hair better with aftermarket UCAs.
I haven’t had any issues with ball joints or anything either on the stock ones.
