    I was reviewing that stupid parking brake wire pulse bypass (I got the PAC TR-7 Trigger fucker) and it all seems like a big pain in my ass. I like the idea of just running the Kenwood wire to the damn radio chassis and calling it a damn day. I wish it would fit better in the 4Runner and I'd put one in there too.

    Ok so my head unit is here, but I’m so confused about everything I need for the install. There are so many posts, Crutchfield and BB have different lists after talking to them, and not everyone seems to agree on what’s necessary.

    I’m hoping someone can put together a full list. I bought the ILX-F511 Alpine. I want to retain steering wheel controls, and I want anytime front and rear cam access. Can someone put a list of all items I must have and what they do? Sorry to be a pain but this thread jumped in number of posts in no time! Hard to dig through it all and cross-check

    Put the stereo info into Crutchfield and your truck info and it will pull up the list. Then you can decide what you may want to leave off. I don't use sat radio and the unit comes with a GPS ant so I didn't order that harness.
