Anyone running the kc pro6 lightbar ?????

Looks like this is attached with a regular led bar style bracket. Used some on my titan. Wonder if anyone makes them that you don't have to drill into the roof? I don't really need the rack but I'm into the round kc lights. I think they would round out my truck nice! The ligh5 bar I used on the Titan made a ton of noise though. Wonder if the round lights would be as bad?

 

If your lightbar is making a bunch of wind noise there are several diy fixes. The wind going past your light bar cooling fins causes the loud whistling sound. You can buy spacers for this, use tubing or outdoor rated tape.

For this style of light bracket I know if you called Rago Fabrication he has all the cnc machines to do this if you wanted it done. I'll see him at the SA meet up next week. Do you want me to ask him if he can make this for your truck?

 

Here is a thought for a custom set up using individual lights on a roof mount. Use a standard roof mount light bar bracket. Then have either a straight steel bar or a bent steel bar made the same length as a 52" light bar. Then use these KC light bar clamp and you have your self a bad ass light bar for little money.

Those clamps are great. I have 10 of them on my roof rack right now holding up individual lights.
