I have the original read from the flex ECU, but never read the non flex.

Never thought of that until now.

 

I was just messing around with my timing. Just odd one in AZ, CA and WA can't write tunes. We payed for the software it should just be VIN locked and not have to deal with their servers, cloud network.

 

Hell, you can't even open the fucking software without the device plugged in

 

This is irritating as hell when I’m trying to make adjustments and can’t even do that without the dongle.

 

I'm able to, but you can't open a file. Or is that what you meant?

 

I wonder if putting the laptop on my VPN in a different state would fix it. I'll try tomorrow if it fails

I just leave editor open with my file. But need the mpvi to open another's tune to write. It is frustrating.

Is your 103mm TB digital or analog still? I had to convert to digital on the d2a when I went to the 95mm TB. I can borrow a 103 tb and was thinking of throwing it on. Just have to convert again.

Still running analog to analog, the only change I made for this TB was recording the voltages and saving to the D2A.

First drive was this morning, and it was...fucking awesome! No light-throttle issues whatsoever, felt just like the 90mm, but when I got on it...my kids were even impressed!!! This thing screams with the new snout and TB pointed straight at the rotors, sounds sinister!

Of course, I have no gauges hooked up, so no idea what's going on, but feels amazing and the part throttle bog I was getting seems to be less of an issue. I still need to get logs and see what's what and have Sniv make sure it's all good. Supposed to rain all day today, so probably not much wiring going to happen.

10/10 - would recommend!

Anyone have the part number for the flywheel bolts going to order some fresh ones while its all apart.

Open another ticket, email them again, tell them you need it escalated, keep on bugging them until they get back with you. Tell them your vehicle is undrivable in it's current condition and you cannot flash back to stock either.

 

Can you respond it is not resolved & refer them to my unresponded request? (472181)

 

I just heard back from Colton, it sounds like what @nags posted is confirmed.

Whipple will be shipping out the gen6 3.0L.


I have no idea if there's any difference other than the 0.1L increase....anyone know?
