Ok I have an 18 but without LED lights, do I need the harness?

Same boat. I have an '18 SR5 with the LED DRL, but just the bottom strip, not the full LED. Was told I still needed a harness and to order the 1794 harness, not the SR5, even though it's an SR5. I'm confused and that coupled with my indecisiveness doesn't bode well.

 

You need the Platinum/1794 harness because the light with the bottom LED strip is actually the Pre '18 Platinum/1794 light. The 2018 SR5 was upgraded with the pre '18 Platinum/1794 light.

I know confusing, but bottom line you need the Platinum/1794 harness.

To make things clear. If you have a 2018 SR5 with factory LED strip at the bottom, you will need to order the Platinum/1794 harness to use the 2018 LED headlights.

Answer to #2 ^. I got a shipping notification today that my harness has been shipped.

 

Ordered on Jan. 17th; did my order ship on Monday, Jan 22nd then? Got my new LED headlights and fogs today. Can't wait to get them installed now.

 

What color did you order (Head Lights)?

 

Ordered the black ones. I saw a couple of pics of the black set on the Silver Sky and they look real good to me. I color matched the mirror caps and door handles so only Chrome is the Platinum badge and a little on the wheels. Black version should look real nice.

Two MONSTER headlight/foglight boxes arrived while I was out of town...my wife knows now...

My wife is good about this stuff, though...(bought Honda stuff for her Accord V6 Touring too). I told her now my Tundra will have LED lights like her Accord does...
