Just a thought; can you drill new holes into the mounting plate to line up with existing frame holes so you don’t have to drill into the frame?

    Thanks for letting everyone know!

It says right on their website that they have a 30 day return guarantee. I would send them back and get a full refund. I’m not sure if the customer service would even allow that based on what you’re telling us. It’s hard to get a refund when they’re not answering the phone.

I bought Go Rhino RB20 sidesteps for my 2021. On my first trip out I noticed that there was some scraping that happened while I was out on the trails and it started to peel back the protective coating on the steps. I contacted Go Rhino and they sent me a replacement step at no charge within seven days. I was super impressed with their customer service. I don’t know if they have rock sliders though. Might want to give them a look. Customer service goes a long way. Good luck.

Same thing 4 times, "forwarded to tech, they'll get back to you, cheers" worded slightly differently, for a couple of weeks now.

The next awesome thing, one of the welded nuts in the skid mount stripped out with not very much torque. I regret buying anything from them, skids and sliders both.

Just drill the holes and move on.

Aftermarket parts rarely fit 100% in my experience. If that's a big deal for you maybe you're in the wrong hobby. The $2800 Fabtech lift kit I just installed was missing some of the cam tabs for the suspension alignment. I had to cut and weld some on. One of the extended brake hoses I installed from a different vendor didnt fit and lock into the retention brackets. Make it work and get it done. Sucks to be the guinea pig sometimes.

That isn't the point, I can machine, weld, fab, build but I gave them my money because they were bolt-on. If they said "hey we screwed up, we'll make it right" and then proceeded to make it right, then that would be fine.

It is the customer service, not the sliders, that is pissing me off. I'm sure the sliders will be perfectly serviceable. Though they do seem a little light.

I don't even bother with customer service unless there is no other option. It's a waste of time.

    Sad but true.

I'm at the point where I want to see someone face to face if I'm buying something like this. A lot harder to be a shithead when you're looking your customer in the face after they spent their hard-earned money with you.

Their rear bumper was actually #1 on my list of rear bumpers, looking to purchase next month and super excited about it, but now I have to find a better company to deal with. I'll scan some of the small shops and see what they have to offer if I can't find someone local. Trouble is, local is 150 miles of driving to a city.

I’m thinking they are going to drag their feet until you pass the 30-day return window. Then you are really phuked.

I understand your pain. This is about truth in advertising and honoring their commitments. Ironman isn’t doing either.

    Good luck

I have their coilovers which I am overall happy with but they messed some items up on my order. The chat was useless and the “techs” didn’t seem to know their products well but once I got them on the phone they did make it right with a partial refund. No luck calling them?

    Update:

After very harsh public reviews on Facebook and Google, they contacted me the next day and made it right.

Good on you. I reached out to them a few weeks ago regarding their Raid bumpers; never got a straight answer from them. They lost a customer with me before you posted your fiasco, this was icing.
Too bad; they had some killer sales for BF.

What was your question on the raid bumper? I ordered that and a winch last night. They were previously very responsive on my questions.

I needed specific dimensions for an area on the rear bumper; I'm interested in retrofitting BSM on the rear bumper. Three exchanges and he never answered my question.

I wanted a raid bumper as well but I'm not sending them another dime!

I went with the westin outlaw since it had the same look I was going for, PLUS a hidden hitch that works with it, class IV, versus the rest that are non rated.images_ePIM_original_58-81035_ov1_w1000_h1000_cr_q80.jpgScreenshot_20211128-201453_Office.jpg

Yeah, that is basically the nuclear option and I gave them a long time to fix it before doing it because I hate doing that.

I thought so, I gain ground clearance by moving the hitch, keep a 10k lb rated hitch (this one was huge), and it "looks" like an offroad bumper. And takes flush mount cubes. For non fab shop prices.
