Anyone else seeing rust on their bumper? Its been raining on and off and I've started seeing rust around the weld areas.

I have, but I’m not concerned. I’ll just paint it with some Rust-O-Leum when it gets bothersome. I have lots of parts with a little rust but I beat mine up pretty good

I'm not too concerned about the rust either but it's an annoying sight. I'll probably paint it when the weather clears up.

I know what you mean. You spend all this money and then poof!! Freakin rust. I was joking about the rust o lean but I’m thinking I’ll probably powder coat my bumper and sliders at the same time and match color to finish. It won’t happen anytime soon though. Too much wear and tear in my future to do it yet

I've been thinking about getting a quart of herculiner to touchup my liners and bumper. I don't really want to uninstall everything if I don't have to.

Just a few pictures here and there. Been waiting for the weather to clear up so I can take some better pictures.

How did you install the light bar? It doesn’t seem to fit with the supplied brackets.

Thx @831Tun. Got frustrated with the light bar so threw the bumper on without it for now. Gonna have to fab some brackets I guess unless @Asw278 can tell me how he made the brackets work with the RC light bar.

I’ll post a pic in a little bit.

Any idea on how to hook up parking sensors. Maybe drill hole in plastic trim piece under headlights? Or just cut them for weight reduction

If you're keeping the covers that go on the 2 ends you might try there?

If by pecan end cap, you mean the mesh/honeycomb covers, then yes they do
