    Before you install it in the console lid. Flip it over and add some glue to the raised charging pad. Otherwise if you put some pressure on it after installed, it will push the charging circle down and sunk in.. ask me how i know.. actually i didnt know it was rather loose at first, until i was charging my phone and my little boy slightly lean on the phone, just enough that it pushes the pad into the lid and flatten out.
