    Bought a home in Alamosa yesterday. Should close by the 23rd. There's a lot for sale adjacent to my off grid property. Going to make an offer on it today. Hopefully the seller will budge a bit. Asking price is a tad high.

    I have a contractor putting in ranch gates, culvert, road, and a building pad. That cost $10K. This property is close to Alamosa and less than 5 minutes from Mountain Home Reservoir. Checking out a side by side on sale at Tractor Supply this morning. I've got lots of dirt roads all over to ride on. Retirement around the corner!
