Btw, no complaints or issues at all with the 6112/5160 set up. I have absolutely no good reason for moving up to those kings. I blame bad influences @Hattori and @Erichudgins

Piggybacking on this thread a bit. I'm looking to do something similar to OP, going from the stock 18" with 275/65/18 to Ridge Grapplers in 295/70/18.
Right now my plan is to install 6112's in the front at the 1.9" setting and nothing in the back.
Will I rub in that situation with a +25 offset wheel? what if I stick with the stock wheels (+60)? Or would I be better off with a 285/70/18?

Also, about how much past the fender (no flares) will that setup stick out on a +25 offset wheel?

I’m running ridge grapplers in 35x12.50r18 on +35 offset wheels, TRD pro suspension with one CB shim on each side. I removed all the mud flaps and had to heat and push in the inner part of the drivers side fender well liner just a touch. It was only rubbing while cutting the wheel in reverse.

I’m running 35x12.50 toyos on a 4.5” BDS suspension lift on 20x10 wheels. No rubbing at full lock, had to trim little plastic and take off front flaps

I know its an old thread but figured id post for anyone looking in the future . I made 325/60r20 fit with only a 2 in level. Bmc, pretty much had to get rid of the front fender liner on the bumper lol had to trim some of the bumper off and pinchweld mod for the 3 inches of pinch weld. 20x9 +20 offset. Tires are 35.5 x 13 basically

I’m also planning on upgrading to 35s on 3 in lift. You mentioned 35 will fit just take off the flaps.. I see other chop the frame to fit them? Will a 35 12.5 18 with +25 wheels fit without chopping?

+25 and 35-12.5s will be very close to the body, but possibly no bmc. You will definitely need to remove or adjust the front mud flaps. The front bumper liner would need to be removed or heavily pushed in via heat gun. I was able to do 315-70/17 with +50 with no lift (just the mud flaps removed). As a prior poster said, lifting doesn’t usually add clearance as the tire would articulate into the stock position when off-roading.
