In CO, at least, it's SUPER simple to start an LLC all online in like an hour. Literally the longest part was trying to think up a name. And there's a credit here right now, so it only cost me $2! Even getting an ERN from the IRS was online and instant

 

Yes sir, but the amount of other supporting shit is insane! Today I got a bank account dedicated to SSS, pulled the website domains I wanted, research what place to use for ecommerce, set that up, connect the bank account to it, etc. etc. I still need to setup a TAP account for sales tax and stuff, and at some point either connect QuikBooks or something else for taxes. I don't think most people are this thorough for selling a couple hundred dollars of stuff, but the fact it's automotive parts and there's the liability side I'm trying to make sure it's properly separated from everything else. And like I said, in the event that I sell more things in the future then everything is in place for that to happen.

 

Which on that note, www.snivspeedshop.com is now a thing! And will be updated over time, but is actually functional

I would say you could preorder it, but then if something goes wrong you're sitting there waiting for parts with no ETA and unable to use your money for other things. I'd rather I get them in hand and know they're good to go so there's no expectations

At least it's all easily connected these days! I think after I sell my project JK, I'm gonna start a separate LLC for my next build project, since I intent to just build and sell anyways.

Pulleys were on the mill today! Sent the final payment and shipping address to the machine shop! Might have to send out the stickers as a follow up for anyone needing a pulley fast, since I expect to be shipping them out before the end of next week

Pulleys and hubs have been shipped. Should get them Wednesday at the latest, I should get the stickers in on Friday so will plan to start shipping on Friday unless someone explicitly wants me to ship their pulley out on Thursday morning.
