Wish I met you sooner, I have been looking into this for a couple years and nobody has had good luck going that route I have been told. Interested to hear how the results turn out.

    Performing my bi-monthly forum check-in.

    Mass centralization for regular trails.
Ass like a diving board for whoop crushing.
Don’t tie anything down for dramatic yard sales.

    Carry on.

I left my cooler lid unlatched for anti-porpoising over the jumps at T2P. I think there are still a few unopened Busch Lights on the track at Parker, just in case you get thirsty on your next visit

Parker race course is pretty sandy. I bet they’re just bruised.

We're not scared, and Jake enjoys doing things thrice anyway. He was the perfect candidate.

I haven't messed with the preload yet, figured I'd do that while everything is on the truck and get it dialed where I want it. I'm excited :broccoli:

Spent some time between work calls yesterday to dick around in the garage. The coilover swap went well. Would have been easier with a second set of hands, but who doesn’t enjoy bouncing on a big fucking bar while trying to get the lower shock mount to seat in the LCA?
    IMG_4522.jpg

An issue that I discovered, which I didn’t notice the first 3 times I messed with installing these, was that Icon REALLY doesn’t want you to use a shim on top of their shocks. Unfortunately for them, I own an angle grinder.
    IMG_4523.jpg

The shim was dented to shit from the resi hose elbow contacting it from articulating at speed. Shouldn’t be a problem now.

Then today… was going to knock out a quick preload adjustment. Unfortunately, the spring compressors shifted when loading them and made me shit my pants. I was not wearing my brown pants.
    IMG_4527.jpg

@BiggHertz came over to give me a hand with walking the compressors back and getting the spring re-seated. 20 mins later, we were good to go. @AT x AT and @KevinK even showed up for moral support. Now I’m sitting about where I wanted, around 2.5-3” of lift over stock, with the Ironman bumper and OVS winch. Time to get it aligned and go beat the shit out of it.
    IMG_4528.jpg

Big thanks to @memario1214 and @BiggHertz for helping out on this

Local crew helped me move a gun safe yesterday after my movers bailed out last minute. I’d prefer to never do that again…
