Ptfe as you mentioned on the balls let it sit then take it for a spin to work it in. Then lube the bushings the noise should go away

I’d get new uniballs and bushings and grease, or at least pull the bushings, clean them, and pump them up with new grease, check the uniballs for play, they should have a fair amount of resistance to them. Mine have been silent since I got them

Reporting back - Bushings are greased well and uniballs lubed up. I noticed one of the bushings ballooning out. I loosened up the cam bolt and continued to grease, the bushing seemed to relax a bit. I did order a bushing replacement kit and plan on swapping them all out soon. So far, I love these.

The truck feels more responsive and suspension feels tight and planted up front.

What is the reason for this LCA not working with a drop bracket lift? I saw a pair installed in person and really liked them, went home and checked yall websites and found out it's not compatible.

They should work with a drop bracket lift, @Cruzer has a drop bracket with these arms. I’m pretty sure any drop bracket lift that excepts the stock LCAs will work with these since they are a stock replacement

I had to make 2 minor adjustments for my specific setup. I have the 7" BDS with coilovers and the springs were rubbing on my RCV axle boot so I had to adjust the misalignment spacers to move the coilovers forward and away from the boot. The LCA adds more positive caster than OEM, which in my situation caused me to snap axles left and right because of my 40s so I dialed the caster back a bit and have been better since.

I also installed 333 Fabrication's cam eliminators, shit ain't going nowhere.

That sound just like what I need to know, I have 6" RC and coilover, currently on 35s but I am going to 37s soon. I will probably get them LCAs and also that cam eliminator, my alignment went off every time I went wheeling. Thanks!

    Reviving this thread a bit.

    In review:
The main benefits are reduced deflection and bushing pivot. No gain in travel above stock. Correct?
Are there a number of folks now running these LCAs? Thoughts?
What are you running in the rear to keep up with this setup either with or without secondary? I've read some of the other threads with U748, but curious as to what might pair well with the TC LCAs. Or, just go with U748 or similar.

    Thanks in advance.

I haven't knocked out my alignment since getting these installed but I go relatively slow on trails.

I’m running this set up with secondaries and definitely like it. As mentioned above, U748s is a great option, makes for a pretty solid MT setup. Running Deavers with a Camburg relocation in the rear

    Thanks for the info folks.

    TG,
How many miles have you put on your setup? Any issues? Squeeks? Rebuild yet?
I took at look at your build thread. Nice truck!
    Thanks.

It's been pieced together so milage varies, but have had the Deavers for 3 years and 30k miles, just had the pack rebuilt last month when I had the rear shock relocation installed, TC hiemed UCA for 2 years and 20k miles, and TC LCAs for 1.5 years and 12k miles. No issues what so ever, just requires periodic maintenance. The leaf pack has never squeaked, the UCAs have never squeaked, the LCAs started squeaking around 10k miles but shot some grease in the Zerks and it stopped within a day of driving.
