No I’d chop the rough country flare just like you chop the factory flare for any other bumper.
I just mean the rough country flare extends out 2 inches further from where the bumper lines up with the body.upload_2022-12-31_8-43-46.jpg

Anyone put these TRD Pro flares on a 6.5' bed Crewmax? I ask because there might be a different rear flare but I don't know.

Factory harness has the pig tail and connector to plug in to the flare lights. Have not researched to see if the vehicle side connector or pig tail is available. I paid $69 each. Few 10mm bolts and trim clips to pop. 15 minute job minus the light hook up.

My truck is just the SR5 but the wheels I wanted started at 12mm offset and the extra width the pro flares had was perfect to cover the poke and makes it look meaner/wider body stance.

How long was the wait for those flares? I’m waiting on one flare to come in still and it’s about a month out.

20221211_113611.jpg 20221211_113207.jpg 20221223_165044.jpg I got 1 the following day I ordered as 1 was in our KC region warehouse and the others cross shipped so I waited for 3 to come out of LA.

4 days total. Ordered beginning part of Nov. I work at a Dealership so my cost was cheap.

Cost effective upgrade with big results.
I would recommend getting a Pro Vin# to make it easier for the parts department to look up correct parts. Some dealers won't sell you Pro parts for non-pro trucks. (Not sure why but it was common including my dealership during the Tacoma Pro grill frenzy in 17'/18'. I think it was due to calibrating PCS since it changed location.)

I’m down in TX, ordered at the beginning of this month. Also work for a dealership (Gulf States Region.)

Whenever I dealt with anything Gulf States, it was "odd". Why they separate certain regions, I don't understand. There are different part #s and sometimes certain parts only available through Gulf states catalog all together.

Possibly overall demand shot up once word spread this upgrade was an option. Maybe because of the cross shipping I had, I was just lucky to nab a few of the last inventory available.

I've seen TRD rims back-ordered for 2 months and then poof....20,000 get unloaded from a ship and somehow there were still orders that didn't fill.

Exactly what the parts department told me though that may not be easy for most people.

They weren’t vin locked but he could decipher between the 11 different p/n so it be left up to me to figure out the right items.

Anything gulf states is a pain. A lot of region specific parts that are a pain to get and find.

Have an ETA of the 11th this month on that last flare. Hopefully it isn’t pushed back again.

Ryan, has this been confirmed as the correct part number for the Pro Flare Marker lights? Wondering if anyone has obtained them and confirmed. I have taken my front clip off twice since installing the fenders and each time I am "gently" re-installing the homebrew connector into my flare marker lights.

So I just came back from the dealer and they are saying that part number is not available to even order right now. Is that the same thing everyone else dealer is saying?

Sorry when I was asking about this I meant the connector not the wheel flare... I asked them about the part number for the connector and they said it is not available.

Just tried ordering the TRD Pro fender flares and got this response. Really annoyed. Anyone have insight as to what's going on here? Toyota really wants only Pro owners to have the bigger flares that badly?

"In regards to your online order # - unfortunately, we have to cancel and refund your order. After submitting the order, Toyota replied back saying parts are no longer available nationwide currently being discontinued and are also working on taking the parts down from the website. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Refund/cancellation receipt will be forwarded to email and money should reflect within 3-5 business days."

I ordered online via Passport Toyota (Maryland). They had the best price I could find.

Parts guy here. They are on backorder with no ETA currently, they probably don’t want that order sitting open in their parts department. I have 3 out the 4 in hand, been waiting for the 4th one for over a month now. It’s going to be a long time before these are readily available.

A bit dramatic to say the least. I haven’t seen any new part numbers to replace the current ones so it’s a matter of inventory. There simply aren’t any nationally right now. What’s being made is being used on the assembly line right now.

I have modified the plug like you did but I am having trouble making the connection. How hard was it to line up the pins with the connector? How much resistance did you get?

Very little once you shave the plug...you have to almost shave it down to pins themselves

Ordered online from Schaumburg toyota in Illinois, but it shipped direct from California.

It appears that I have all the correct ones, although the box lids on two of them seem to swapped with each other. 34223-02 was inside 34222-02

Checked the part numbers on the back of the flares and I have all 4.
