It's going to look so much meaner with the 35" tires. Are you expecting to obtain those soon?

I think so too. Yes, my bfgs have 38k miles and the tread is just about done. Hoping the at2's will be a good choice. I wanted a mud tire, but from what I read on them, they don't do well on wet or ice.

Ordered a set of 35 inch toyo at2 extreme and a hypertech speedometer calibrator. Tires should be on Saturday.

Didn't have time to get the truck cleaned up, but got my 35's on today. I need to remove the mud flaps, but these tires are the best I've owned so far. Much more quiet than my bfgs. I love the way they make the truck ride. Feels solid. Discount tire said they barely had to use weight to have them balance. After I get it cleaned up, flaps off and hypertech installed, I'll take some good pictures.20150713_172824-1.jpg 20150713_172759-1.jpg

I really like the extra shoulder and tread on the extreme size. I hope they last

My grapplers have the extra shoulder lugs too which is great. One problem. I need pocket flares because you will get mud in your face. Tastes real good.

Yeah... I'm gonna need to chop the body mount. @Relentless dont you sell pre cut plates? It barely rubs when I make hard turns, but I don't want any interference with my tires.

At the back of my property I've got a place I shoot and thought I'd just drive up on it for a pic. No biggie, just really loving the look and feel of the ride now.

Next up I'll be learning how to detail. The paint needs a little tlc.

    For informational purposes:

Measurements from the center of my hub to the fender.
    Front, both 24.5
    Rear, both 25.5
Front and bottom of side step, both 14.75
Rear and bottom of side step, both 15

    3.25 inches in front lift
    1.5 inches in the rear

To me the truck sits level when your measurements are the same height on your front and rear of the side steps. Mine is .25 inches lower at the front of the step.

I took a level and made sure my garage floor was level each way.

Got my body mount chop halfway done. I cut the places where I'll weld plates on and sprayed the exposed metal with a little black paint so I don't get rust. At least now I won't rub when I turn sharp. I've been working so much, but when I get back in town I'll weld up the pieces I bought from relentless.

Updated my original post with the hypertech in line speedometer calibrator. I checked my speed before installing this with a gps speed app on my phone. At 70 mph on my dash the phone read 74 mph and at 75 on my dash the phone read 80. Most highways I'm on are 70 and 75 mph limits. So if I think I'm doing 75 and a trooper clocks me at 80... I'm getting a ticket. Not to mention the shifting was a little wonky. In lower gears it was shifting wrong and I could barely get it to hold 6th on the hwy up a slight grade. Now it's dead on with speed and my shift points are correct again. If anyone has bigger tires, this little device is a must in my opinion. It took me about an hour to install and I took the recommendation to run the usb cable down into the kick panel just in case I run a different tire size in the future. Programming won't require un-installing all the hardware that way. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with this thing.

I sincerely doubt you would even be stopped at 80/75 unless he really wanted to talk to you. 90/75? Sure. Off point, but still :)

I still have mine- uninstalled. When I ran Toyos on my last one I had to get the HT done, and like you, it helped a ton! These tires weigh less, so it's not even really noticeable.

I'm really fighting the urge to buy a programmer again.
yeah I can really feel the extra weight from the toyos.

Well maybe I wouldn't get pulled over, but with cops on high alert, I really just don't want to chance being pulled over on a dark hwy! A lot of the highways I'm on don't have any lights. Troopers in Texas are pretty aggressive about speeding too.
