The safest/best (right) way to ride is in the same line as vehicle tires/tracks. Center of the lane likely has oil, debris, etc, and the actual center line is also a dumb decision as it will likely also have debris, markers, and often thick painted lines/stripes, etc. It is also good practice to move between tracks in your lane. The movement helps with becoming invisible.

Nah, he needs to clean out the dishwasher's crap trap. Dishwashers don't have a garbage disposal... you're supposed to rinse your dishes before you put 'em in.

It's only going to get worse..... Much of the Combat Arms/Infantry/Rangers/SF and hard MOS's are still solid, but the whole organization is in danger of loosing its way.... Had someone ask me to put my preferred pronouns on a briefing. I just laughed, but this and similar themed initiatives are becoming a thing.

I have 16 months to get my High 3 (will be 22 years total)...... Dropping paper in June. Be careful they don't dangle too juicy a carrot...... I planned to retire last summer at 20, but just as I was prepping to drop my paper in 2021 to retire in 2022, I unexpectedly got picked up for the next rank. Too big a bump in pay short and long term to not do 2 more years.

I get annoyed with people who are excessively yielding to pedestrians. I mean at some point the cars are going to have to use the damned street too.

The wife will yell at me for putting a plate with a few toast crumbs in the dishwasher then put one in that's completely coated in the half bottle of syrup she poured on her pancakes.

My wife gave me crap for doing just this for so long.

About 2 years ago we replaced our dishwasher. Our previous one was the absolute cheapest Frigidaire you could buy and it sounded like a Harrier jump jet taking off.

The service guy said "Uh...do you rinse your dishes?" I told him "Yep." He said "Ah, that's why this lasted that long."

    Me looking at wife:

LOL, there's nothing more annoying than a Harrier's start up, or a flight of 2 taxiing on an airport. They take damn near the entire taxiway lengthwise and refuse to move if you put any other plane in between both aircraft. They take forever too.

    1. People who don’t drive the speed limit. Here in WA the speed limit of all county roads are 50mph unless posted otherwise.

    2. Cyclists that ride on the white line or ride on no shoulder roads here in WA.

    3. Oncoming cars that swerve into my lane to avoid cyclists. You’re willing to kill me instead of the cyclist?! Rude LOL!

These three things happen way too often. Not sure if its a WA thing or happens all over

My friend and I work pretty much opposite shifts. We're rarely on days off at the same time. This makes it difficult to sit in the garage, give the stink eye to people driving down the street and drink adult beverages while solving the world's problems. This annoys me. It is also why the world still has problems. Which also annoys me.

Same down here!!!! Reference #3... I'm constantly trying to figure out how the hell someone can be so freakin' entitled to think that THEY shouldn't have to stop and wait until THEIR lane is clear or it's safe to pass the intrusion on THEIR side of the road, rather than swerve toward me and nearly cause a freakin' collision!!!:mad::mad:

    Too many, but not enough....
I want to say these things happen everywhere, except when I am riding my Ebike. I use the bike lanes whenever there is one. I dont know if its the speed or what but cars will pass me and not give me extra room. They pretty much pass me with like 2 feet between us sometimes. Granted I am going 30+ miles an hour but I dont see how that would make it ok to almost hit me lol.
