I found a pic of those codes. This was from back in August.

Yeah you misfiring like a MFer.
Didn't you recently replace all the coil packs? Did you do the spark plugs too?
Given your mileage and the fact you have multiple misfires and lean codes, I'm gonna say it's time for injectors.

Didja get enough from those SHO's to get a 5.3 or 4.8 LS & megasquirt? I'd bet @JakeJake could build an adapter plate & flexplate.

I like to hot swap the MAF with the engine running for maximum effect.

Knife edge the tb plate & cut the turbulence. If fact some sorta resistor could be used to help a truck with a filter & headers run richer to compensate for the flow... i dunno, efi tuning doesnt make any sort of sense until you're adding boost & compression...my truck gets out of its own way fine, & i've never needed more power for the loads i pull. The engine is tuned to be happy in 3rd at highway speeds & heavy. Never even had trouble with my brakes, but maybe the powerstop z23's are making it work. The as a fan of the manual trans; i do appreciate the OD button, but i would prefer a +/- toggle like the titan has. The 4 speed can take jeep aw4 (flappy paddle) controls, but there is an aussie company that makes tunable controllers. You get the toggle, but you can program what the trans does & makes a detroit 3-53 swap that much easier.

I saw they make a TB spacer for the 2UZ, saw it the other day, a couple of manuf'ers. Granted, it was in a 'sponsored result' price advert at a website I was on, but ... I didn't realize it was a thing. I guess I should've though.

Tb spacers are a lol. Especially the tornado or whatever ones. You would want 8 tubes (if the throttle plate tip backwards, you'd want the 8 tubes on top. If it tips forward, you'd want those tubes at the bottom. Running a chunk of higher velocity air into the ports.

Not yet. I'm charging the batteries for him and he'll be here this month sometime. No chebby motors for me. I'd do a cummins 4bt with a 6 spd manual and a manual xfer case. But, that'd be hard to do with only $3500.

According to the kids at work, anyone born in the 20th century, i.e. your birth year starts with a 19, is old:boom:

And? Didn't you say it's still fucked? I did not see you mention spark plugs, maybe I skimmed over it. I still say injectors. You can have my OEM injectors for the price of shipping if you want em. You'll have to get em refurbished.
If your brakes are pulsing, it's probably the rears. I had that issue myself after changing the drums and stuff. Turns out one was bad.
