They are bright for sure. Its not too bad if you have a couple of their switches. Ch4x4 switches match. Just depends on the type of switch that you need. They don't have a flush fit on-off-on that I am looking for.

I just painted those trim pieces with SEM. Steering wheel was pretty easy to take off. But trim around the radio is a pain. You have to completely take apart entire dash.

Taking the dash off is a pain but worth it in the end

Thanks for the info. I would like to find someone did the Tufskin and see how they turned out. I don’t want to go thru removing the dash. But I still may go that route. If I have my audio installer upgrade my system he will still have to pull the headunit to wire every thing up. I would have him do them then. So you guys are just spraying them?

Great job I know this takes a lot of “Marie Kondo”-class hyper organizing. You’ll see a thread in here about guys trying to fit these beasts in their garages. I had to demo cabinets just to be able to back my DC all the way in.
Looks like if you don’t need regular access to your electrical panel, you could offset closer to that wall and gain another foot or so.

Yours was much more informational regarding what to expect and how to actually complete the project. I feel like some guys literally just copy other videos already out there just to draw watchers to their channel while yours actually showed the process. Thanks for taking the time to make it

That’s tight!! But you got it in. That’s all what matters. Besides having a 3 car garage I knew there was a plan why I chose to add another 14x36 garage for my new Tundra Pro when it comes in. Lol.

Wow, great job! It’s enough work putting these parts in and the video production work at least quadrupled the time, I bet!

Yea, between having to pull on/off the hail protector bubble every time a warning comes around, and now with catalytic converter theft going up in the area, it was time for a hard push to make this happen.

Luckily, don't have to access panel too often.

Unfortunately, there is only about a foot between the truck sides and walls. Only about 8 inches room in front and back also.

The Tuna feels more like canned meat right now :spam:

This is the 3rd garage of my 3 car garage setup, but these garages are not very big at all.

original plan was to put wife’s QX60 in there and move the truck to the double garage with everything else (kids bikes, lawn equip, tools, tools, and more tools). However, she was VERY concerned about getting her car in and out without hitting anything. It became obvious that I needed to change plans and try to get the Tundra in there.

I told the wife we will have to switch spots when I get the tundra because I need her spot so there is room for her suv and my corvette in the 3 car garage.

You are lucky, I ordered 9 weeks ago, talked to him twice on the phone, texted back and forth at least 20 times, guess he picks and chooses, so I went with Tylers setup, better coverage on his, and way better customer service

Far cleaner than a holster mount and you can install a number of them almost anywhere on your truck.

I had already ordered/paid for Kents DE stuff before I saw the Valhalla ones, honestly wouldve fronted for the aluminum/more coverage instead but whatevs. I etched my VIN and plate all over the rear cats, not that it’ll help but cant hurt I figured and I was already laying under the truck.
I don’t know why hes dragging ass with yours. He said he had about 50 already going out and to call him in a week to get one, called 6 days later, he emailed the paypal link, even went so far as to give advice on securing the tailgate (already had a lock on it) and sent shipping info 10 mins after I called and it showed up 3 days later TX to ME.
Maybe the veteran and having boobs thing helped me out?

You are one silly girl lol. :D I was actually talking to Kent on Friday about plates for a 4Runner. He said that he has pictures where a Prius had an aluminum plate on it and the thief cut the plate right down the middle and unfolded it to get the cat. Steel would be the better option in higher crime areas. We are starting to see it more and more here in FL.

Has anyone rerouted the power for their OBD2 reader from pin 16 to a switched fuse so there is no battery drain when the vehicle is off? Seems like it would be easy, but I am a bit paranoid about any ill effects to the ECU.

You shouldn't have a battery drain from the OBD2 port.
