Just got delivered right before the storm came in. I already have a simple project in mind for the name on the lid.

I was thinking that little thing was an OEM piece, especially since its not very big and its in a wedge shape (smaller end forward). I've installed blocks on my Jeeps and Excursion, and those looked nothing this one. Sorry for my misrepresentation then.

Yesterday, I took her to the mechanic down the street from me for some 65K mile work. Radiator flush, Tranny flush and a new belt before it starts to make noise (it had 8 years on it). They did it in just a few hours and cost just over $600.

Bought a Diode Dynamics 42" white driving LED light bar, with the perfect mounts from Hotshot Offroad and a couple of amber wide lenses for the outboard pods of the bar, and a set of DD LED reverse lights to augment the Rigid Ignites I put in the rear bumper. Guess I will be doing my battery terminals this weekend, possibly doing the seat heaters, and several other mods after F1 and WVU game tomorrow and the GP on Sunday.

You have a block lift back there under the spring. That thing is where the extra height is coming from

So, I got tired of the "chrome" console pieces reflecting the sun in my face. So, I installed the AJT trim pieces:

Drove 100 miles south to Tucson to get a a/c blower motor. Apparently it doesn't get hot enough in Phoenix to keep them in stock.

By any chance would someone have the part number to the bolt and bushing that holds down the air box unit?

I’m not sure if they sell it separately…

Searching Google, Toyota does sell those for different vehicles but I haven't found the part number for the Tundra yet. You may have to stop in at a dealer and look at their diagrams.

Looks like its sold as a kit with the lower air box.....
I think I found what you found so not really helping you.

    https://parts.americantoyota.com/oe...yYSZ5PTIwMTgmdD1wbGF0aW51bSZlPTUtN2wtdjgtZ2Fz

Toyota is great with sometimes listing things individually but other stuff is bundled and they don't break down the parts.

    Well look at you :hattip:

I kept finding diagrams that just listed the lower air box with the bolt and other part but not identifying them.

    Good find

For some reason sourcing OEM Toyota parts has become a pain these days
