Indeed there are quite a few options of u-bolt flip kits, with even bigger bump stops, I'm just an Alcan fanboy:rofl:. Got a custom leaf pack from them, as well as their 1/2"-1" adjustable rear shackles. I've been really happy with their products.

They are Alcan custom leaf packs, 1.5" of lift. I also have Alcan's shackles, set to 1/2", for a total of 2" of rear lift. My OEM leaf packs got the dreaded "W" shape, so I replaced.

Yeah, that's what mine are turning into. I've been looking at aftermarket packs for awhile. I'll take a look at Alcan.

wondering if i can pick up a switch and tap the existing switch so that it has 2. would probably ditch the rear 12v outlet and locate the 2nd switch to that spot.

I'm on the hunt for some fog/driving lights that will plug into the existing fog light wiring. Or a housing that uses the H16 bulb. I'm having a front bumper made and what to give them the new lights so they can fab up mounting brackets.

    Got any suggestions?

Nothing yet except for some LED interior & exterior bulbs.
You can get pigtails that will plug into your existing connectors on Amazon or Ebay.

I took mine off and had them painted red. No silver or chrome in inside my truck minus the radio surround .

Door handles are oem from a Sequoia. For the money I don't understand why ppl pick the overlays.

Did you just drill the plastic weld points inside the door panel and then epoxy them back? That was my plan when I pull the panels for sound deadening and new speakers.

Yes, the hard part is the part going back on. Sometimes spots don't always sit flush at every screw or weld point. So I had to use screws in different spots or cleverly put heavy stuff in certain spots to get the pieces to sit flush and connect for the jb weld to work.

If you take your time it's fairly simple. Just a little tedious. I would flip my panel over holding the piece from the back to check the front for daylight gaps from poor fitment and that helped me gauge how the piece could be better adjusted/installed. Used my garbage cans to hold the pannel flat on each side with the gap between them where the panel hole and plastic section needed to be reinserted. This let me adjust my panel without accidentally pushing on the plastic. I did the doors one at a time, about 1hr for each panel.

Removed SABM: got a new air box bottom, and put a plastic cover plate with black caulk where the hole was drilled into the inner fender well.

What is looked like on my truck before I removed it:

Filled in the fender hole and installed the new air box bottom:

Quality is what you would expect, a little flimsy, but I used a credit card sized piece of plastic as a backing plate so it mounted securely.

That's very kind of you, but the guys with the full blown leather seats and other small touches like full blacked out pillar trim (vs tan) and a black headliner and overhead consoles have me easily beat.

I love mine though and if I'm gonna drive it a million miles, I might as well love every mile of it.
