I've not seen one that's flush to the grill. Cali-raised has one for the lower bumper that looks flush. You might check with them if their grill bracket has any adjustability.

So you're looking to be able to blast out a "Toyota" bat-signal?
    That'd be BA!

I don't know that I've ever seen anything like that.

'Should work. You might consider some angle stock just for some more rigidity. Check your local HD/ Lowes for this.

What wire(s) did you tap into? I've been looking to add them as well but may want them in the interior dome light circuit. This way I'll be able to turn on/off as needed. Thx for the input.

I want to get them powder coated gloss black but the turn around time is about 10-12 days for the rims. I keep my eyes peeled for a cheap-o pair of rims and tires to get the job done. Something will pop up soon. :)

That's a long time! Where are you located? I had a set of 4 rims on my Lexus powder coated in satin black and I got the car back in about 36 hours and they did a fantastic job (Wheel Specialists in Tempe, AZ). So, I cannot imagine why it would take longer than 2-3 days.

Thanks, I really like them too! Initially wanted to go with the black finish, but the Titanium won me over!

After getting the 10k service and the TSS Radar updates done yesterday, the TSS Radar now works perfectly. So far. I was told that the radar would be “Turned Off” because Toyota couldn’t figure out the Algorithm for lifted trucks. I thought by turning it off they meant they had to plug into the computer to kill the radar. Nope, they just went into the menu on the screen behind the stereo and set it to off. Last night I was curious about it so my kids and I went for a long drive and it worked perfectly. No problems what so ever. Usual I would deactivate itself within 5-10 minutes. We’ll see about what it does down the road. I do have a 3” level and the radar relocation kit from ARES.

Cut the plastic mesh out. Used the factory mounting hardware but threw a couple spacers under the brackets to bring it up then used a couple pieces of old steel stock, mounted those to the stock brackets to bring the bar out to be flush then mounted the light bar to those brackets. If you look at @1UPPER build page he has a play by play as well.
